Two upholstered chairs and one sofa were badly soiled with oily substances the move. Very difficult to remove. They came back twice, at my request, to follow up on the initial cleaning because I hoped additional retouching would improve the damage that was done. We're on a time crunch because our home is being put on the market for selling in 3 days. They said they would need possibly 8 more hours of work to do next week. That is too late for us-if we have showings for our home.
