The guys he has working for him are conscientious and proactive. Prior to trimming, they place rubber cones over my landscape lights and drape a tarp over my pond to protect it from sawdust. Additionally, they remove all fallen branches from my neighbor's property and leave my yard immaculately clean once the job is complete. Hawks and their nests are protected under state and federal wildlife laws, and disturbing or destroying active nests can be illegal. This is especially concerning on tribal land, where many community members hold deep cultural and spiritual respect for wildlife.
