The guys he has working for him are conscientious and proactive. Prior to trimming, they place rubber cones over my landscape lights and drape a tarp over my pond to protect it from sawdust. Additionally, they remove all fallen branches from my neighbor's property and leave my yard immaculately clean once the job is complete.
