When I was rear-ended (parked) by a young person, texting and at almost 45 mph, I was concerned, especially given how much worse I felt two days later. I also never considered the additional issues in the future given I had purchased my Escape only six weeks early. I never thought about the impact in the future when it is time to sell it. The Lawter team provided an excellent service for me, without alienating my insurance carrier (whom I still use today).
