I sustained a work related injury to my back while employed by Nostalgia Sids and I even informed this firm that it was all recorded by security cameras. Once I was finally allowed a court hearing I attended and was denied because Sids attorneys defense was I was in retaliation. When I asked where is thew video recording supporting my claim the firm said that Sid said it was irrelevant and wtf do you think the law firm does but believe him and seek no other way or anything to recover the footage. THIS IS NOT A FIRM YOU WANT TO WORK A CASE THAT YOU CAN NOT WORK YOURSELF! My advice is seek more experienced firm with aggression to do what is right and not just take what is handed to them. Would rate 0 if I could. Involved in accident 7/2017 was rear-ended. Still don't have any idea what is going on. My case has been around their office a million times I'm sure. Haven't had the same attorney or contact person because there are a ton of folks that pass around the cases. Never even know who to ask for for information and no one ever calls back. Last straw today seeking mediation. Maybe they just talk to other attorneys. Going on two years with absolutely no resolution and yes..won judgement in court already. I'm beginning to suspect they keep avoiding to continue to rack up a bill from you and then in the end..no matter how much you"won" they can justify keepingvalll for themselves. Thinking bar association should be informed but I bet nothing will be done by those lawyers either. Save yourself a headache, find someone else.
