Additionally, he did not have enough shims to prevent the toilet from rocking back and forth which was the initial reason I hired him to replace the old one. The plumber never returned to finish the job so I had to call the office a few times to find out what happened and try to get the toilet seat. I purchasing and installing the seat on my own. In addition, I had asked this company for an estimate to install a mini split and their estimate came in $10,000 more than several other competitors.

They said they weren't sure if that was the only one, but I could pay them an extra $300 so they could run their camera down the line and look. I hesitated.
