Disappointed 18 year customer. I have been a previously…read moresatisfied long time customer of HE Neumann, but that all changed in December of 2025. I had routine maintenance on my 2 year old Carrier furnace and afterward, it would not work. This became a two month headache of failed attempts to diagnose the problem, freezing cold nights trying to sleep, an expensive bill for all of the unproductive service calls and mostly a deep impression of indifference on the part of the company. Perhaps they are so big now that a residential customer is unimportant. Their claim of 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed was no part of our experience. Aside from one individual who attempted to help us, management has been silent and indifferent. This company feels just like every other company these days who has outgrown their need to listen to and help a customer. I will pay our expensive bill that took two months to generate before a solution was found and even then it is not conclusive that the AC will work in the spring. Please if you are looking for a heating and cooling company, consider this experience of ours. Sadly this company does not focus on customer service as they once did, we are extremely disappointed. Luckily we found LoRich and when I spoke with Rich at nearly 7:00 PM, he was more than pleasant and said he could come out right away to see if he could fix it.
