I have been to the cocktails and painting nights and never hung up my paintings, but I am super proud of my amazing B&B sign and plan to hang is as soon as possible. This would be a terrific bridal shower, mom's night out, a date, or even a corporate event. It would be so fun to get a group of friends together and have everyone do a theme for their sign - whatever holiday is coming up, family, kitchen, etc. The two gentlemen at our table did an amazing job with their signs and had as much fun as anyone. The playground itself has five different slides. Just as a side note, it seems like all the new playgrounds in the last 3 years or so maybe longer don't have any monkey bars which is the number one thing that my 5-year-old daughter looks for. I'm sure monkey bars and rings are more liability prone apparatus, but all the newer ones tend to lean towards five and under because they just don't have any playground apparatus that actually builds body strength. Anyone that's been to Paco Sanchez and watched teenagers climbing up the inside of the slide knows what I'm talking about. In hindsight, if I knew that a new playground was going in, I would want to try to put input on increasing apparatus that would lend itself towards the older kids as well.

It's a great choice for little ones and older kids alike. No big drop offs but plenty of areas to climb, slide, swing, and run. They have a fun scavenger hunt you can do as well. There's also a large open field space right by the playground so you can do volleyball, soccer, etc. Several benches, an adult swing, and covered seating options are available as well. Lots of trees and shade which is nice in the summer, but makes the park colder in the winter months. Toilet is basically a hole in the ground which is gross! Let's put real bathrooms in our parks. There's a creek that runs through the area too so that's fun for kids to enjoy in the warmer months.

No one was here and we weren't gonna wait all night." He was like "I am the manager on shift and that's not true." Clearly trying to not be in trouble. I don't know what they were doing that whole time but the lack of responsibility they took for not being present where they needed to be was ridiculous. I will call back later and speak to the general manager and pay for the round we did but in my opinion, the kid working should be fired. The cash register was left unmanned, plus all the merchandise, the main door open, the self service card reader wasn't working, there was zero attention to customers. I work with high school students and 98% of them would be more responsible than this. It was completely unprofessional!

Based on my experience, I believe people need to be extremely cautious before giving this business their card information or trusting them with services on-site. Billing behavior that raised major red flags I pulled my bank records and found multiple charges in a single month--in some cases up to four separate charges. When I confronted them and requested a refund for the extra/duplicate charges, I was told they "don't offer refunds" and that I "should have contacted them sooner." That response is unacceptable when the issue is repeated billing. If you're currently a member/customer: check your statements line-by-line. Do not assume you're being charged correctly. Customer service was hostile when questioned When I called customer service and stated I was speaking with my bank about the charges, the representative said: "If you keep mentioning your bank, I'm going to hang up." And then they actually hung up. That is not how an honest business behaves when a customer is trying to resolve what appears to be improper billing. Safety concerns On top of the billing issues, I also have serious safety and professionalism concerns regarding staff and services. The overall experience felt careless and poorly managed--enough that I believe it could put customers at risk. What I'm doing I am formally disputing these charges through my bank and I am filing formal complaints with the county and Colorado health/safety authorities so this business can be reviewed properly. What you should do (protect yourself) Review your bank statements for duplicate/extra charges Save everything: receipts, emails, screenshots, dates/times of calls If charges keep happening, contact your bank immediately and consider a stop payment / new card Document safety issues and report them to the proper local/state channels This is not a minor inconvenience--this is a pattern that customers should be aware of. Wow, my yesterday's visit to this historic park was so mesmerizing. It's because of their annual…read more(?) "Bright Nights" (originally a lantern festival.) It is said that they unveil a brand new theme each year and this year's theme appears to be focused on some Eastern cultures such as cherry blossom and bamboo forest with pandas. Not that I have been to many lights shows and yet I must say that I have never seen anything quite like this as far as my recollection is accurate. In its 12-acre land, the installations of lantern lights are everywhere. After 8:30pm or so when it's dark, the illuminations from the lanterns are glowing brighter than Las Vegas' illuminations (LOL - why am I comparing this to Las Vegas!!) According to the park's website, some of the sculptures are 23-foot tall (such as the cherry blossom gate.) It's currently open from Wednesday through Sunday until October 5th. And last night's was one of the adult-only nights where you must be 21+ to enter (I believe the next and last such night is Sept 17th. And this writing is as of late August of 2025.) I am already curious as to what the next year's theme is going to be. There is a centralized bar, some food vendors, a stage where a performer performs, and a DJ booth. Great for family time, girls' night or date night. Helpful staff were working tirelessly to assist all visitors. Although about 1,300 tickets were sold last night, it was never super jammed packed. There is still time to visit this enchanting light show. Not only for the locals but definitely one of the must-visit attractions for out-of-staters as well.

Recently went to the Bright Lights event at this park and had a wonderful experience walking around…read morethe luminous colorful tall lanterns. Every inch of the 12 acres had lights and even in the trees and bushes. So many details that it seemed realistic. Many of the lanterns were interactive such as stationary bikes or cranks to power the lights to glow even brighter. The staff were friendly and happy to help. This event is for young and old and I highly recommend going!

This was a fun time & an easy to plan event! To make a reservation you need at least eight racers…read more (Spectators can come & watch, no charge.) We had ten racers & a group of spectators. Each racer got two 12 lap races, food & drink, one hour reserved seating, arcade tokens & top finishers got medals - plus all racers got to race together with a reserved time. The price was about $80 per racer. We paid separately for additional food for spectators. These go carts are electric, so no smell & pretty quiet. A few things to note, racers need to be at least 48 inches tall & if you have more than twelve racers you then split into two groups. Also, K1 has an Arrive & Drive option for just racing, it's first come first serve. The day we went was for a birthday. After checking in racers registered & signed waivers after which they got balaclavas & helmets. Instructions were given but it was rather hard to hear. Our racers had a blast...they loved it - it was a great experience. Right after racing our lunch was ready, it was served buffet style. We choose Cheese & Pepperoni Pizzas, BBQ & Buffalo Chicken Wings & soft drinks. There were no salad or vegan options. The pizza was good, however the wings were even better & delicious. Since we were a big group we had a private party room. The only outside food allowed was dessert. Our party ran smoothly, the staff was friendly & very helpful. All in all a great time!
