i absolutely love this orthodontist. i came from a not so good dentist and they were telling me i couldn't get braces i needed veneers, they messed up my teeth and dr johnson fixed them and informed me that the dentist was doing unnecessary work on my teeth. i made an appointment with this orthodontist and got braces the same day. they're so amazing and work with your schedule so well. i love the atmosphere and love that he is always there working with each patient. on the plus plus side, they have AMAZING cookies afterward to take. i had to call them just to ask where they get them from because of how good they are. and they have icecream that's so delicious as well. for kids they also have little games as well. i'd definitely recommend this orthodontist if anybody asked!! read more

Be very careful when choosing an orthodontist. Make sure you get at least 3 consultations, they are free. Really make sure you research your orthodontist and don't think their 5 star reviews are all real. I first came to Dr Johnson in 2021 for grinding my teeth at night. Keep in mind that my teeth were aesthetically perfect. He took a bunch of images and convinced me that I needed Invisalign because my jaw was "severely out of alignment". He told me that he could fix the issue within 6months. He also ripped apart my natural smile saying that I had a ton of imperfections. Well fast forward to having Invisalign for almost an entire year and throughout the process I let him know that my teeth were looking weird and I wasn't happy with the way they were turning out. He took my perfect teeth and made them so ugly I wanted to cry every time I looked in the mirror. My back top molars and bottom molars almost completely disappeared into my jaw, causing my jaw to no longer be defined and causes big gaps on the sides of my teeth to where I was chewing on my tongue at night. When I went in to get the Invisalign taken off, he was upset when I told him I was unhappy with the results and that my overbite was way worse and now my teeth are not even straight and I have and open bite in addition to an overbite. He gaslit me and told me that they were supposed to look like that, but agreed to put actual braces on and that it would only take 6 months to fix the issue. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and let him try and fix them. 6 months later with braces, nothing changed and every time I went in to get them adjusted he had no idea what he was doing. He took the bite blocks off too soon that held my top teeth from touching my bottom brackets and it ended up chipping my top tooth and he didn't even care. I finally had enough even though I paid him almost 5,000$ and I went and got a second opinion. The new orthodontist told me that everything was done wrong and I would need an additional 14 month treatment with a whole new set of braces and it would cost me an additional 5300.00. When I brought this to Dr Johnson's attention he refused to acknowledge any wrong doing and the office manager was extremely rude. Dr Johnson only refunded me 1500$ of the almost 5.000.00 I paid him. He took zero accountability for messing up my teeth and jaw. This was completely devastating for me, especially being a single mom.. having to now pay an additional 5300$ on top of the 5,000 I paid Dr Johnson. I am appalled I'm going to post pictures of what he did. read more

We were recommended to this orthodontist by Daybreak smiles for my oldest daughters braces. They were courteous, kind and patient from the very beginning. They thoroughly explained exactly what needed to be done for her and the options available to us. When we came back for her fitting she was extremely nervous and they remained very patient with her. They have a clean and fun facility, with entertainment for the kids and great incentives to motivate kids towards follow up Care. We love Dr.Johnson and his staff so much!! I have been in braces and my oldest son is currently in braces. We have had a great experience the whole time! They are very accommodating and friendly. Their prices compared to everybody in the area also. My younger two sons will be getting braces there as well. You will not be disappointed if you go there. Dr. Johnson's and his staff are truly one of a kind! My 10 year old is half way through his first round of braces. Each office visit each member of his staff makes sure he is involved in the process as md understands what they are doing. This is literally the best orthodontist ever! My oldest just got her braces off and my youngest just got them on! Staff is amazing and always remember us! They are kind and fun! Dr Johnson always has fun events for his patients throughout the year and they always do cool giveaways for them as well! I took my 3 boys in for a second opinion. They were able to see all 3 at the same time (a time saver for this mom). Dr Johnson gave me enough info so that I could understand, but not so much that it overwhelmed me. We talked about a couple different options. Cass and the other office staff were very genuine. They were able to negotiate the price a bit due to doing all 3 kids at once. Then, they said they could actually get the braces on today...right now! What? No impressions? No spacers, then come back to put the braces on? Nope! None of that is necessary with the kind of brackets they use. Also, none of my kids will require expanders, teeth pulled, or head gear. Yep, the other orthodontist wanted to use head gear on one of my kids. No thank you. We just go ours put on today, so I can't speak to how difficult or easy it is to get an appointment. Nor can I speak to how long one has to wait as we were the first appointment in the morning. But, they do have a couple iPads to keep the kids entertained in the waiting room and TVs in the treatment room. So far, things are going great. read more

I'm on my second go-round of braces (moral of the story....wear your retainer!!) and I have been so happy with Dr. Johnson and his staff. I can't believe the difference using the Damon system compared to the traditional braces I wore as a teenager....MUCH less discomfort and a MUCH shorter treatment time.
