The front office is friendly and knows everyone by name right when you walk in the door. Dr. Bills' office is so beautiful and very family friendly. His waiting room even includes an iPad bar for kids to play with and use. We feel like the orthodontic staff is experienced and knowledgeable... Dr. Bills can also speak Spanish with patients and their families. The office also gives the patients monthly incentives to win movie tickets and other prizes, which makes it a fun experience even for the Tweens, teenagers and adults. You will receive email appointment reminders, right after you make the appointment and then again a couple of days before your appointment which we have found very efficient and helpful! Friendly service staff and hygienists with a doctor who is professional and outgoing I would recommend this Orthodontist to anyone and plan to use their services for any and all of my three children who need orthodontia. When I had concerns over the possibility of having jaw surgery I spoke directly to Dr. Bills and he helped put me at ease while at the same time not pressuring me to use his services at all. He always tried to give me a heads up on the long-term plan for my care and what the upcoming steps were. Three of our four children have been treated in this office. We took our second child somewhere else because they were a little cheaper. BIG MISTAKE. The staff at the "other" office was terrible! A different girl at the front desk every time we visited, two of three times a different doctor, and never the same chair side staff. The amount of money we "saved" was spent on return visits due to breaking brackets and their office rescheduling our appointments. The results looked different as well. I highly recommend Dr. Bills and his staff. I wouldn't trust my smile or my childrens' smiles to anyone else. Our four children have all had braces from Dr. Bills. Our first child started in 2008 and our last should be complete next year. The office staff is so professional and efficient, yet warm and caring. They always greet us with a smile. They explain the procedures in detail and have great communication through phone and email reminders. They gave us a few financing options to suit our needs at that time. The office itself is very inviting and lots of fun with changing decorations for the seasons and holidays. Dr. Bills is great. He is very friendly and has attention to detail that provides very high quality in his work and the work of the staff. He takes time to listen to our concerns. Hi! My name is Justy. I am 12. I have had two sets of braces from Dr. Bills. When I was seven, before braces I could fit a finger between my two front teeth and they were super crooked. The first set expanded my jaw and straightened my teeth. It didn't hurt. I got used to them pretty fast. I always enjoyed going to Dr. Bills. Everyone knew me and I never had to wait in a waiting room. Everything is right out in the open. He has lots of really happy, and pretty, lady helpers and amazing window views too. Both my husband and my daughter have had braces with Dr. Bills. I love that he took so much time to explain everything to us, he made us feel like we were important and that he didn't mind if he had to take extra time with us. None of my questions went unanswered. The assistants in his office are fun to be around, kind and always willing to help. I had an excessive under-bite that needed to be corrected Dr. Scott Urban was my oral surgeon and after seeing more than 5 different orthodontist from Bountiful to Tooele I decided Dr. Bills was my guy! His in-house payment plans, and friendly staff sealed the deal for me and his education on my jaw and condition made me feel at ease.
