Dan who seems to be the energizer bunny in the garden will bend over backwards to assist you in finding the perfect plants, herbs or vegetables for you. The plants are very healthy, mine are already off to a good start. The prices are very reasonable as well. Today I drove 25 minutes to a place for a lemon tree that was outrageously priced for a small tree, and the rest of the nursery was not impressive. I will never return there. If you are looking for healthy, reasonably priced plants A Touch of Color is your place!

My wife accomplished something meaningful, and I wanted to send her something simple, beautiful, and reasonably priced. Apparently, that was my first mistake. I ordered their "special," trusting their designer to handle the arrangement. A few hours later, I got an email saying my order was canceled--no explanation, no courtesy call, nothing. Just a flat cancellation like my business didn't matter. When I called to ask what happened, the man answering the phone didn't even pretend to care. He immediately told me my order didn't meet their $75 minimum. Before I could even say I'd be happy to adjust it, he repeated the same line again--slowly, like I needed it explained--"Our minimum is $75. Your order was $50. That doesn't work for us." He actually blamed me for using the website linked on THEIR Google listing. Imagine a business telling customers they're wrong for using the link the business provides. The attitude wasn't professional, it wasn't helpful, and it definitely wasn't the way you treat the community that keeps your lights on. Not everyone can casually drop $100 just to send flowers on a normal day, and the lack of respect shown over something so easily fixable was shocking. If Flower Dome wants to operate like customers are inconveniences, fine. But don't claim to be part of the HSV family while treating locals this way. Flower Dome, do better. Or at the very least, be honest about the kind of customers you want--because clearly, people with modest budgets aren't one of them.
