Very disappointed. I ordered flowers online on 2/21/22 to be delivered 2/23/22. This date was very sentimental as it was the first anniversary of a death. I received an email confirmation and my credit card was charged on 2/21/22. I tried to call SIX time between 2:30 and 3:30 with NO ANSWER and no voicemail. My friends NEVER RECEIVED the flowers and my credit card is still charged. From reading reviews after the fact, sounds like this is common with this "business." I would select 0 stars if I could. read more

Brides beware! We hired Flowers and Home for our daughters wedding in March 2015. When we sat down for our consultation they were very friendly and looked like they would do a great job and be able to work with in our budget in which we discussed up front. We are truly disappointed in their professionalism and communication. With that being said this is what happened. My daughter confirmed a time of 11:00 am appointment verbally with Monroe over the phone to discuss the finale arrangement of the her wedding flowers. When we arrived 10 minutes early we saw a note on the door that the store didn't open until 1:00 pm but we didn't seem alarmed at the time due to because of the phone call with Monroe he said he could make the 11:00 am time work. Now being from out of state (800 miles) when 11:30 came around and no lights in the store and no cars out front or in the back and no answering machine at the store we new this was not good and I was burning mad. To make this appointment we flew from Wisconsin to Dallas then drove 4 hours to Hot Springs to spend the night in a hotel so we could be on time for this appointment. We waited to 1:00 pm in which a lady opened the store and we had explained all to her that we were to meet with Monroe at 11:00 am in which she informed us he was not there. She tried calling Monroe several times with no answer and she said she could do our consultation in which we said this was to finalize the flowers not a consult. We sat with her and told her what we wanted. Monroe finally did call back around 1:30 in which he said to his employee we didn't have a appointment until 1:00 with that being said Monroe still wasn't at the store and it was now 1:30pm. When we received the itemized listing of the flowers and other things that we wanted they were wrong. When my husband talked with Monroe personally a few days later about what happened and he pretty much said our daughter was wrong on her time and then Monroe also told my husband that our budget was a little low really your a business and you should be able to work with all budgets form 100.00 to 10,000. that's called professionalism. After that conversation we decided to fire Flowers and Home as who new what kind of job they would do. I believe they should change their name to just Flowers as there is nothing Home about this place. We had hired another florist Kelly Efrid who did above and beyond what we ever imagined. The day of our daughters wedding while getting ready at the Country Club I was informed that Flowers and Home florist was trying to deliver flowers. I could not believe this as we received our deposit back and we had fired them. The club informed the delivery person to return the flowers back to Flowers and Home. I guess Monroe didn't communicate that to the person who does the arrangements. Save yourself some trouble and find yourself another florist. read more

I hired Flowers & Home for a high-end client of mine who was planning his elaborate marriage proposal. I contacted Tom who was super responsive and let me know that Monroe would be able to assist me with my event that was less than a week away. Monroe called me from a wedding show just to help me meet my time restraints. I told him my vision and he assured me he could do everything I wanted. Over the next couple of days they were so very accommodating with a date change, time constraint, even offering to pick up and display cupcakes for me since I was from out of town. A piece of glass broke in a frame I shipped them and they didn't even let me know right away, they just quickly ordered a replacement to solve the problem. Their customer service alone went above and beyond. I was a little nervous about how the flowers would look since I have never worked with them before. I typically work in large cities like NY, SF, and LA and hire florists in those cities all the time. Let me tell you, I was COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY by the work they did for my client. They took my vision and exceeded my expectations. I haven't even seem work like that from most florists and the ones I know could pull off that gorgeous of a design would have charged double. Monroe really listened to my vision and then found a way to make it even more stunning. He has an eye for this and I would recommend them to anyone. read more
