I had an awesome experience with Johnson Hearing Service. I was seen right on time. They took time to answer all of my questions, gave a full explanation of how our ears are designed to work, tested my hearing, and fully explained the test results. Prior to my appointment, they had contacted my insurance company to determine their prefered provider and worked out what my share of the cost would be for each model. They explained the difference in the models and of course I picked the most expensive with the most bells and whistles. We placed the order and within 3 weeks, my hearing aids, programmed for my ears, were delivered to their office. The follow up appoint went just as well as the first. We did not have to wait when we arrived for our appintment and again they were very generous with their time teaching me how to put the hearing aids on, how to use the proprietary app for my hearing aids and how to use the iPhone features for my hearing aids. Arrived a few minutes before 10 am appointment. At 10:45 the doctor called a patient whose appointment was at 10:30. It's now 11:30 and just finished the 15 minute exam. Pathetic service. Avoid this place if you can. read more
