Dr. Witten done a great job after an hour and a half of surgery. Her 20 plus years of experience had made the procedure possible. I had an IV plus being sedative (laughing gas), so I was knocked out within 4 minutes. I recommend this place to others. The price is kinda pricey, I think for any place is it, but I am not sure, I got this done through the benefits of my insurance. Glad I had it or else I would be paying $3000+ from what I was told. =) Thank you!

He has a horrible bedside manner and blamed me foe things that he told me to do then said not do do. He degraded, scolded and humiliated me during my recovery process and didn't care at all about my recovery, pain, needs. He thought only of me as dollar sign to get money and did not even check on me after my sedated surgery. He is by far the worst care and surgeon. I would never go back and not only had to deal with the physical very painful procedure but the pain and suffering from an unethical, uncaring, unprofessional doctor. It led to even more problems and expense during my recovery.

My husband had implant surgery here and the first time he went in they called me to tell me he was done when I was rushing home with kids to let my dogs out, so I turned around to make sure he wouldn't be waiting on me only to learn that he indeed was not done they just wanted payment from me. The doctor came to talk to me but I was chasing my toddler from running away and when I came back he was gone. They seem to have no understanding of young children. The second time he went under ( because the implant failed) they did almost the exact same thing to me. Told me it would be an hour then called me to say an hour and a half. I waited to hear he had indeed been taken back and then headed in at the hour 15 mark as to not have him waiting on me. Sat in my car with a baby and toddler for 30 minutes only to learn it was going to be another HOUR AND A HALF. They told him to come in at 1pm, didn't take him back until 2:30 and then was told he wouldn't be done until 5:30pm. I understand surgery sometimes doesn't go as expected but they failed to communicate anything with me for his ride home and we live 25 minutes away. I had to drive back home ONCE AGAIN with kids just to turn around and drive back because I cannot keep a baby and toddler entertained for 3 hours in a car when it is 102 degrees outside.... Of course as soon as I got home he text me and said he would be ready in 20 minutes ( which would be 5:00). I ran back into town after loading my kids back up and having to stop for gas only to find him waiting outside by himself in the heat. After being on anesthesia and without eating the entire day.... Total liability as he wasn't even walking normally. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible business practice and customer service.

She really connected with my 7YO daughter and made her feel extremely comfortable. She explained everything and showed her the tools they would be using to help her feel less nervous. She made the whole visit as smooth and comfortable as possible. My 3YO son also sees Dr. Steve and we really like him. He always connects with my little guy and explains everything to dad and I as thorough and often as we need. I appreciate that they never seem to be bothered by my questions and love the time that they spend to explain a procedure. It's a little weird I know, butt one of my favorite things here is the amount of technology that they use to monitor and track the patients. Right by the dental chair, you can view a computer screen that shows your teeth, x-rays, stats, measurements, notes, and your horoscope (probably not but you get the idea). Seeing the health of your teeth so clearly would help to comfort even the most nervous patient. If you're looking for a dentist, I think you'll appreciate the services here!
