She took her time with me, explaining all my options, and costs, up front and we decided that this was the best course of action for me. Couldn't be happier with the results! All of the staff were so helpful and caring, and everyone did their best to insure that I was comfortable with both the procedure and my aftercare. Dr. Ketron even called me at home, on a Sunday, to check on my progress! In my particular case, dentures were the best option and Dr. Ketron and her entire staff were the right choice for my care.

I appreciate that they never seem to be bothered by my questions and love the time that they spend to explain a procedure. It's a little weird I know, butt one of my favorite things here is the amount of technology that they use to monitor and track the patients. Right by the dental chair, you can view a computer screen that shows your teeth, x-rays, stats, measurements, notes, and your horoscope (probably not but you get the idea). Seeing the health of your teeth so clearly would help to comfort even the most nervous patient. If you're looking for a dentist, I think you'll appreciate the services here!

I stopped going to them for two reasons: one they didn't bother to tell me my insurance didn't take them and then the dentist I saw never once looked at me. Had the worst experience here…read more Was there for over 3 hours when all I needed was part of my permanent retainer to be re-glued on one side (which I was told on the phone should be no problem). I had a similar incident last time which took nearly 3 hours as well. Everything took an extremely long time and they ended up telling me they wouldn't re-glue it and they wanted me to pay $4,000 for Invisalign. I said I could discuss it with my family later to decide if that's what I truly want to spend money on and they told me I needed to leave and that they wouldn't do anything to the permanent broken retainer in my mouth. I said I had been there for 3 hours and I really want the retainer either removed or re-glued so it doesn't stab my tongue in the meantime. They told me I would have to pay $500 out of pocket to get the retainer re-glued or removed. Not only was this visit a huge waste of my time, but I felt completely disrespected by the orthodontist and one of the ladies who works the front desk. I will no longer be getting any dental work done here and currently have a piece of metal in my mouth that is only fastened to one tooth. Very disappointed. So if anyone has any dental or ortho suggestions, help your girl out!
