I was contacted by Jan who had been trying to reach me for over a week (due to me transposing a number for my cell phone) and she was so amazing at providing an overview of how the practice works and what to expect. Jan set an appointment with Matt about a week out who specializes in HOA issues (and had great reviews and feedback on the internet) so I was excited to get some expert feedback on what I should do.
