This is an amazing indoor play area for kids. Upon arrival you remove your shoes and purchase non…read moreskid socks ($2.50) that you can bring back each time or repurchase. Adults get wrist bands and kids just play! The staff is hands down the best for every aspect of customer service and attentive in every way! We attended our great nephew's birthday party here and it was the best way to beat the heat of summer and allow the kids to enjoy a safe environment sure to tire them out! There are several TVs but the kids won't notice them they will be to busy climbing and going down the slides! They keep the place clean and have a variety of adult and kids snacks to keep you hydrated and fed including chips, uncrustables, ice creams and a coffee machine that puts the fancy and expensive coffees from other places to shame! We had a large party and many of the bobas, frozen coffees and refreshers were so tasty! The staff made a few samples to try and it was like the best dessert-get the butterbeer or the peanut butter cup coffees- super delish! They allow you to bring some decorations and a cake and we also brought pizzas and juice boxes for the little ones! At the end the birthday boy got a tee shirt from them and he got his handprint in paint on the wall by the restrooms. They have a few massage chairs you can relax in for a few bux! Take your kids here but know as the chaperone you will be treated like royalty!! Thanks to the three girls that worked out party Saturday 6/27/26 you were the absolute best!

There was also a ninja course and small playrooms. The staff were friendly and observant of what was going on. Weevil play offered snacks and coffee non-alcoholic drinks for sale. There is a seated area to the side of the play structure for snacking. Everyone needs to have socks from Weevil play-including adults, with NO Shoes allowed inside the gate. This ensures the floors are clean for the kids & crawlers. The pricing was reasonable for what we have seen at indoor play places in several other cities. This business also offers rentals, but we have not rented from them-as we were visiting from out town. We will be back here to burn some kid energy when it is too hot outside!

Even better if entrance and parking (2 hours) are free. Fort Walton Landing Park in the "FWB Downtown Marketplace" zone (aka "East Miracle Strip") fits all of those checkboxes. There are grassy knolls, tall trees, cheeky squirrels, many shaded seating areas, and a large playscape structure, plus bay views and a peek of homes and hotels on Okaloosa Island across the water. There is NOT a beach here (the white sandy beaches are on the island; this is the bay/channel side - other reviewers posting gulf beach pics are confused). The two piers / docks and associated boardwalk are unfortunately still out of commission after storms in 2020, but will hopefully be rebuilt soon. Note that dogs must be on leash at all times. The shops across the street include a mixture of apparel, gifts, art, and sports, so you're sure to find a souvenir or three to take home while you explore the area on foot. We especially liked Buccaneer Shop (local flavor), Run with It! (running and pickleball gear), and Coral Reef Shop (tacky t-shirts with Destin & FWB logos). The FWB Farmers Market is held here 8a - 1p on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month, year-round. Holiday concerts and fireworks are often held here, as well. Check out social media and the individual vendor websites for current information on other park events. There was only a table full of small pumpkins. It's fine. There were a lot of other good things about the place. The deer, the goats, the big pig that walked around, the zip line, etc. Well we went up to pay our way in and the lady at the concession was So Super nice! The price was $10 each. 2 and under are free. My friend paid for her and her two children. I pod for myself and 3 of my 4 children because my youngest was 2. I asked again about the and under being free. She said yes. So I asked what about the pumpkins? Because usually the pumpkins are included in the price. She said "Oh the pumpkins are free! Take as many as you want. We have more than we know what to do with!" Ok great! We spent close to 2 hours doing all the activities. Then we when we were ready to leave, we went to the pumpkin table to get our pumpkins. My daughter had a hard time choosing so we were showing her options then putting them back until she found the one she wanted. Great! We go to leave and we're taking pictures of the kids carrying their pumpkins. 1 for each of us. I was carrying mine and my daughter's. When I was almost to the parking area, a woman stopped me and said we got too many pumpkins. I was confused and told her we paid 7 fees and my youngest was free. And she said "I don't know. They just told me y'all had too many pumpkins and I have to get them." So I explain that we had the right amount. She wasn't having it. She said the pumpkins were only free for the kids. So I don't really know what my friend and I paid fees for because it's not like we got on the zip line or anything. Whatever! So I give her the two I have in my arms back and walk away. My friend goes back and at least gets my daughter's pumpkin back from the lady because I was done with the confrontation. She was hearing it. All in all, my children enjoyed it. Every other employee other than this lady was so super nice! But it was not the pumpkin patch experience we or they were hoping for and the lady at the end of it ruined my whole view of the place. We will not go back. We'll drive a few minutes down the road to Holland Farms!
