Super nice guy who obviously knew his stuff. The dispatcher was also great. He suggested I also get the water shut-off valves replaced while they were there since they were older and leaking. I didn't feel like I was being pressured to do something that was unnecessary but rather that he was just suggesting work that made sense to also take care of while they were there. I appreciated the advice and agreed to the extra work. The new faucet looks great and works perfectly. Even with the extras the total cost was less than the quotes I got from other local places. I'll be calling them again soon to take care of my wonky bathtub faucet as well.

His response to my call was quick. He came and gave a price for the 3 trees which was approved and he was to back in 2 weeks. He was a no show. I called him and he said he was behind due to storm damage but would be there first of following week. Again no calls about coming or any follow up So in month and a half he only responded to the call for estimatess. All other contact was from calling him, only for empty promises. This company has many excellent reviews on Google. 4.9 rating. Guess he just estimated a job he did not want to do. Wish he had said that 6.5 was ago, rather being a no show, no communication. Glad he gets 4.9 on Google from clients he follows up on.

His quote was lower than the other companies who said they'd be there... significantly lower. He gave me a schedule, and after a storm when many trees are down, that's difficult to do. They were two days late on their schedule, and they called me a week in advance to let me know that there would be a delay. When the wind blows, sometimes you have to wait in line... nice to know how long that line is. The job... flat out professional. I met the manager on site early in the morning and his crew showed up shortly afterward. 5 hours later, the damaged tree was removed without any damage to the surrounding fence and buildings. A side note, the manager was a wealth of information about trees in general and how I should proceed filling the space that the red maple took up. I highly recommend these guys!
