I had Tony come out in June to pump our septic. He was prompt and courteous. He did a great job…read more I got lucky because I was calling around to get some quotes and had trouble reaching a couple of firms and the ones I did reach didn't call back. I finally asked a plumber we use who he would recommend and he gave me Brooks Septic. We have two systems on the property but one is used by my 100+ father-in-law so I didn't think it would be necessary to have it pumped. Well a month later his commode starting acting up so we called Brooks and he was there within 24 hours. Our original tank was easy to find and he did the job is less than an hour for the quoted price of $275. The tank that handles my father-in-laws apartment was much harder to find and much deeper. It took them over two hours in 95 degree heat but he got in done and also found the problem. The tank was far from full but there was pipe put in incorrectly that had to be shortened. When I ask him how much he said $275, which is what he quoted. What an honest guy. I refused and paid him $350 as the job was way more complicated than what was quoted. It's great when you find someone as honest and customer oriented as Tony LeRoy of Brooks Septic.

He was unable to locate our tanks because it was buried more than 3 feet in ground and he recommended someone to come and locate it for us. After we had it located his crew of Michael and Hudson came and dug it out and we had a riser installed so it is ready for any future problems. And if you use Charmin please stop using it or you will have problems. Call Chris and his team of Michael and Hudson They are all courteous and friendly and will do you a good job.
