John Michael was the young man who did the work. He seemed to do a good job (time will tell.) He was mannerly and professional, completed the work expeditiously - in about 45 minutes. Then he socked me with a $600 invoice. I couldn't believe my eyes. I know plumbing work is high, but I was expecting a $250 - $300 expense. I will not be calling them again.

Almost a year later it started backing up in my yard so I called a plumber to look at it. You are not going to believe what they did, hooked it right back to exs tank. I had to pay 1000.00 to get it the way it should have been. Poor communication because they did not tell Allen what to do. I was out of town when they did the work. I did call Brad and told him about it. I am a 70 year old single lady on social security and he said it's not his fault so I am having to eat the 1000.00. Debra please beware.
