I did not…read moreknow who to call so I picked up my phone and called the first towing service that came up on my phone when I googled it which was "Flash Towing & Recovery" about ten miles from where I broke down. To my surprise, my phone call was answered immediately and not by some answering service. It was the tow truck driver himself who answered my call and I must say; he (Dave) was very nice and helpful. He said he would arrive within 30 minutes and he in-fact did just that. When he arrived, he was very nice and pleasant to talk to even while hooking up my car to load on his truck. He was equally nice and pleasant to talk to while driving to my mechanic's shop where I wanted my car to be dropped off for repair. Overall I would say this entire experience was the best customer service I had ever experienced. This company has to be one of the best in the entire country in my opinion. I own a modified 1955 Chevy Belair with a new Blue Print engine and Fast fuel injection. A little technical for most and too much electrical for many. To this date they have put in a new ceramic racing clutch, worked on rear end, front shocks. I have had a nagging problem with my fuel injection marrying properly with the engine which would not allow the idle RPM's to run consistently and would continue to kill. They dug deeply the the problem, including consulting with Fast and stayed with the problem until it was solved. My son borrowed a friends car and went out of the city, got lost and broke down. He luckily was able to get a ride to his apartment from the Sheriff but his recollections of where the car was left were absolutely horrible. Luke from Yeller Towing was beyond patient and helpful in trying to and finally locating the car after two attempts. Luke stayed in touch the entire time and was absolutely amazing in helping us. After 40 years of being in the area, he knew the roads well and his guy found the car and towed it in same day within a short period of time! His pricing was upfront and HONEST! Beyond that it was affordable (almost unheard of) Everyone else that I called gave me quotes that were astronomical and d$#@ near asked for blood, first born and my tax refund. None of them even knew the exact location of the car, they quoted from one city to the next instead. One guy even quoted 500 bucks stating that he had to use his flat bed and it was far. WHAT?!
