My huband regularly uses this dry cleaners for his suits, and has always been happy with the service.Centrally positioned on castle meadow, it is ideal to use if you are shopping or working in central Norwich, otherwise you will probably have to pay to park in nearby carpark, i suggest Castle Mall. They clean suits, single items of clothing, duvets, and have a small range of miscellanous items to buy relating to clothes. They also do repairs, replace zips etc. Threr is a loyalty scheme if you use them regularly, and they also accept Tesco Clubcard Points Vouchers once registered to be used there. read more

Charged 6.95 for a pair of trousers to be dry cleaned. Picked up trousers only later at an important occasion to notice the originally attached belt was missing. Manager offered a 20% discount and for me to collect the said belt. Was provided a phone number to call to issue a complaint with someone else. Not happy with their customer service. Why not simply offer a full refund? read more
