The forms took a little while to fill out but other than that the process was smoother than any other year that I have filed. Also they were priced very competitive... Absolutely ZERO communication about the disbursement of the winnings from a drawing I won after a disastrous TAX prep experience. I was a new customer and PCS has treated me abominably. Particularly by the owner Cyrus who berated me for the negative review I posted. What does that have to do with the giveaway? I was sent $500 out of the $1000 I won. Now, I'm sure I won't get the rest because of this review. There were promises made that were not kept. And now PCS Tax Service is withholding 500 dollars. Why? I should have stuck with TurboTax.
