Charged $1000 extra to move furniture. Didn't put things in back properly and assembled the bed incorrectly. Used my kitchen as their own. Unable to keep house clean and protected during the painting job. Refused to provide a receipt. Ignored my calls and emails and even blocked my number. Would advise everyone to steer clear of the owner and this company.

It was my understanding that the framing for both units was included in the original quote, but I was charged another $300 for the downstairs frame repair. I understand tile work tends to be a bit messy but due to the cold weather they decided to use their tile saw inside the home which created a ginormous mess in both apartments. We had to spend about 2 hours per apartment cleaning silica dust off of everything within a 10 foot radius of the bathrooms. They also left a giant mess in the bathrooms themselves. Besides the mess they made and the extra payment I was charged. I have to give Four Seasons handymen a 3-star review for timeliness. I know the weather doesn't always permit in Minnesota but they were 1-3 hours late every single day they were supposed to come out.

There were some areas which required innovative ideas to resolve and he offered several creative solutions which worked out very well. I asked him to do some additional work such as hanging a curtain and suspending a picture from the ceiling and painting several additional rooms and he, without any hesitation, agreed to do the work. He is very careful and a perfectionist in his work and at the same time worked very fast. He always cleaned up any mess after a day's work so that the area was very clean. He walked us through every step of the renovation tiling project, from deciding on orientation and tips for certain formats, to picking out the edging style, grout color and everything in between. It was clear at each step what we needed to decide on and when by to keep the project on time. As you'd expect, Justin was in our home for several weeks to complete these two larger projects. He was very respectful of our home and space, and kept us updated as he worked on timing and what was next. His pricing is competitive, and for the quality, I'd pay it all again. There's no cheap way to un-do poorly done tile, so it's best to hire a quality tiler the first time around - and we felt very secure with trusting Justin with our bathrooms. And most importantly: he crushed it! The projects turned out amazing, and we couldn't be happier. It's a huge refresh to our spaces, and we love how the tile turned out. They let it dry for 2 days and then they started the laborious job of scraping and priming. They did not skimp on this part of the job. They laid down plastic to protect our plants around the house and took the scraped paint scraps with them. Our paint job looks awesome and we are so pleased! Their prices were very reasonable too. Very easy to communicate with via text and they came when they said they would come. We used our own Behr paint but you have the option of letting them supply their paint also. They started by painting the exterior of the 1929 house. This included stucco paint, trim, repairing/replacing rotted wood. I even asked them to clean out my gutters (you know- since they already had their ladders up there ;)) all done with a smile. I've also had Welch Painting repair my crappy, popcorn ceiling after a water leak and it turned out fantastic. There is no project they can't perfect. They are also well trained in assembling bicycles it seems (even though it has nothing to do with painting).
