We were in the process of trying to sale our home and had a showing in three days when we discovered what we thought was a small leak in the garage area. Long story short the Mister thought it would be an easy DI. Our first clue his roofing skills were suspect were I could see slivers of daylight when I looked up through the huge gaping hole he had created in the garage ceiling. Mr. White personally dropped what he was doing after hours when we sent him pictures of our unintentional skylight. He knew that rain was in the forecast and wanted to check it out firsthand to see if he had materials on hand and could start immediately or would need to aquire more to fix our roof the following day in the early hours. He ascertained that the leak had done some structural damage to the roof and he would need to replace some plywood. He also without us even asking went over our entire roof to check for other potential trouble spots. The minor ones he found he fixed without trying to take advantage of our lack of knowledge to make more money. He discovered that we had some shingle bundles in the garage left over from when the roof was last replaced and suggested that we compare them to see if they matched. He ultimately discounted the cost because he only needed to purchase plywood and one more bundle of shingles as well as materials to fix our garage ceiling (which he repaired so flawlessly we couldn't find where the work had been done) The fact that Mr. White was so willing to help us save money when others could have gouged us because it was such short notice and more than a simple patch repair illustrates his honesty, integrity and professionalism. The quality and efficiency of the work that he did helped us to pass final inspection without a hitch when we eventually sold our home. While talking, they mentioned they could also get a piece of missing siding replaced! I had a piece that I bought as the wrong color wanting to replace it myself, but didn't have a ladder tall enough. This was a no brainer to go with them, since they could get all of our needs met in one visit and had availability to do everything within a few days of me calling. While cleaning the gutters, they noticed things like incorrect screws keeping them up, and went ahead and replaced them for us! They also fixed some of our shingles on the roof line that were popping up behind the gutter so that they lay flat again. They did a great job cleaning, cleaned up the job site, and the siding looks amazing. I am SO happy to have all of these things done! They did this all for a great price and were in and out in 2 hours. I have so much peace of mind now knowing that all of these things are finally done.
