After three separate tailoring appointments, the alterations were never properly completed. Now, with their wedding only days away, we're all left stressed and scrambling to fix problems that should have been addressed months ago. For a custom suit at this price point, the final product looks sloppy and poorly fitted. What made the experience even worse was the lack of accountability from the staff. Despite the inconvenience, wasted time, and stress they caused, no real effort was made to make things right. Their solution was to send my best fiend and her fiancé to Men's Wearhouse to fix the issues they created. While the Men's Wearhouse staff were helpful, the experience has completely turned us all off from both stores. My best friend and her fiancé chose Joseph A. Bank expecting quality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Instead, they received poor tailoring, poor customer service, and unnecessary wedding stress. Looking back, this is one of their biggest wedding regrets. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere--State & Liberty is where they wish they had gone from the start.
