Despite that, I've been trying since January to get my deposit refunded. I was told they can't issue a refund because they're disputing part of the claim with the insurance company, even though they confirmed my balance is zero. An appeal was denied in March, and I'm still being asked to wait. Communication has been difficult, and calls haven't always been returned. This has been a frustrating experience, especially since the issue appears to be between the provider and the insurer, not me. That said, Dr. Albritton was outstanding, and I'm very happy with his work. Unfortunately, the billing process has not reflected the same level of professionalism.

The staff worked hard to schedule an appointment immediately. The office staff, the PA, the clinical staff were all very nice. However, when the physician came in to consult on my mother's case, he walked in, grabbers her arm without any acknowledgment or greeting. He seemed oblivious to the fact that he was causing her a great deal of pain. Only after I made a point of introducing my mother to him did he bother to introduce himself. NOT OK. I appreciate that he is busy, but the lack of respect was very hurtful. The fact that she can't speak for herself doesn't in any way make her less worthy of respect and compassion.

From telling me I did NOT need a MRI to telling me I needed therapy and when I became a doctor to come see him. This Man tried to convince me that a MRI would not fix my problem and therapy would.... The MRI was to track the progression of herniated L2 and L3 discs. I am still looking for this magical THERAPY for herniated discs... when I find it im gonna be rich ...Now here is the whammy My wife was with me and she is a nurse and I didnt tell him. I was worried.. I honestly thought she was going to assault him she was so mad I had to break them up.
