My mom suffers from Alzheimer's disease. She fell and fractured her wrist and was referred to this practice. It started out great. The staff worked hard to schedule an appointment immediately. The office staff, the PA, the clinical staff were all very nice. However, when the physician came in to consult on my mother's case, he walked in, grabbers her arm without any acknowledgment or greeting. He seemed oblivious to the fact that he was causing her a great deal of pain. Only after I made a point of introducing my mother to him did he bother to introduce himself. NOT OK. I appreciate that he is busy, but the lack of respect was very hurtful. The fact that she can't speak for herself doesn't in any way make her less worthy of respect and compassion. read more

I was directed to come here for a faster appointment. It's not a problem at all. Drove an entire 1 hour out of my way to come here. Great front staff. Don't get me wrong, very polite and courteous , attentive to your needs. I was asked to be early , and I was 10 mins early. Still waited for 20 minutes, only 2 people waiting in the lobby, including myself, no complaints. My issue was Stacey the MRI tech. I am coming in because my knee will not bend. So I am hobbling to walk. I have to lift my leg to move it.. She sees this. She just stands there and looks at you.. No assistance of getting on the MRI table, no assistance of getting off the table. I almost fell on the floor getting off the table.. It was a struggle to get on the table in the beginning. I don't know what her issue was of not helping and least help me lift my leg that I am having problems lifting on the table. She is the type that I can't touch you. She should not be in this type in this field. If touching and assisting people is an issue. This isn't my first MRI. BUT This is my first experience with someone staring at me to get on the table of not assisting, seeing I need the help. read more

Choose this clinic if you, and want to be shuttled to a physician's assistant instead of actually seeing a real orthopedist. I had a bike wreck, and presented with bruising on pain on my right side. They only took x-rays of my spine, where they found a broken vertebra. After many physical therapy sessions, I was still left with pain in my rib cage. The physical therapist said she suspected undiagnosed injury on that side, and to have imaging that would show the ribs and internal organs. When I called to get an appointment for this, and FINALLY talked to a live person AT THE CALL CENTER, I was told my only option was to go to the local emergency room! Go to the ER for chronic non-acute pain that I have had for 3 months! I cannot imagine treating established patients this way! read more

I have been using this practice since 2009 when I was injured at work. Dr. Cushing did a wonderful job of repairing my torn rotator cuff then and then again he did the other shoulder in 2011 and arthroscopic surgery on my knee in 2014. Ongoing care on this knee has been stellar, and the doctors have done everything to correct the knee problems. In 2023 I am coming back to the practice for a TKR with Dr. Gruber, and so far the office visits, x-rays and staff at the new Fayetteville office have been great. Surgery is scheduled for June 2023 and I feel confident my surgery and after care will be top notch again. I have had wonderful care from both the doctor and the staff at GBJ. read more

Terrible wait times. Got here for an 8:30 am appointment and even though they just opened, we waited for way too long. Also, it's kind of silly in that even though we were just at urgent care where they test for actual Covid, we were NOT required to wear masks or wait in our vehicles. Here, you have to call a number before entering the building, wait in your vehicle, then come in, answer a bunch of Covid questions and they make you wear a mask. Come on now! It's been over two years since it started. They are a very paranoid bunch! And yet, half the people working here have masks under their noses. Sigh! read more

I have been to this medical office for my youngest daughter, my oldest daughter and myself. My youngest had to have a cast put on her leg and I really love that all x rays, casts and medical professionals are in one office . The office itself if very clean, nicely decorated and they provide water and coffee for patients. The check in area is efficient and well maintained. Everyone is very polite and helpful . I have been to to other offices and I recommend this office to Coweta and surrounding residents if you are in need of bone and joint help. read more

Had a 1:50 appt. time. Sat in the room waiting for Dr until 3:15. Didn't get out until 4:30. Doctor was in and out really didn't want to provide assistance regarding my torn ACL and sprained MCL. So if you you have either of these conditions don't bother seeing Georgia Bone and Joint Doctors as they said there is no brace even though I struggle with pain day and night from the 2 ligaments being torn. read more

My son broke his hand, I got an appointment there. I was called back once telling me I had a balance for my husband of $40 from May. I told them I would try to pay on it. I wanted to check my records. I was then called back by Cynthia who said I had to pay the full $40 plus the co pay or my son could not be seen at all. I was then transferred to Tammy who said my son could not be seen unless the full $80 was paid. So I canceled the appointment and he is going to Resurgens. Yes I had the money, but I wanted to check my records first. Will not go back and we have always used them. Very sad that $40 was more important than a child's hand. read more

Had a really bad experience with contacting their nurse-line after my visit with the doctor who prescribed a medicine which resulted in rashes. Due to which I had to stop my medication and didn't help my pain. Have been trying to contact nurse-line for more than 2 weeks now, left multiple voicemails, but without being able to reach them nor get a callback. read more
