I wouldn't recommend him to my enemy. Kept the truck pretend to work on it What started for 50.00 end up costing much more. Now still have to pay more money to get it fixed. We were able to work with James and he was extremely helpful in every way. He was able to get our Tow baseplate installed on our jeep in no time. I would highly recommend this shop for anything. Their customer service is outstanding and they did a speedy job for us. Not only did James do an excellent job with installing the baseplate and squaring us away with the electrical, but he came out to our motorhome and helped us connect up the tow bar. He then went back inside and looked up the proper towing procedures for our particular vehicle, came back out to tell us, and then helped us get everything setup right. Lastly, he followed us for about a mile to make sure that everything was working properly. He did all of this without being asked to do so. Curtis was our service manager, and I believe he had an appointment elsewhere when we arrived, but he took care of us and ensured that we were properly taken care of with the other gentlemen at the desk, prior to him departing for his appointment (I believe we may have cause him to be late, sorry, Curtis). I am amazed at the kind of culture of service that is bred into this shop. Every single person we interacted with was the embodiment of customer service. I must say our experience was beyond just customer service, it was more like "service for their fellow man". I very rarely write reviews for places, but I absolutely felt compelled to write this. Do not hesitate to take care of your automative needs at this place.

Rodney asked his son to put it on the rack and fouñd out it was leaking transmission fluid. It was to late in the day to fix. I wouldn't be available to have it fixed until the following Monday due to other commitments. They put a quart of fluid in untill I could take it back on Monday. True to their word they took me in by 8:30 as planned. The quality of work is good and as far as I know the leak has been fixed. It was a lot cheaper than having a new transmission put in. They could have tried to tell me it was going to need more work, but he was honest and the price was fair. I will recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you Rodney and team!

Instead of giving me my car back they charged me storage fees and refused to give me my car back unless I pay them $5,000. They did no work on the car and are just trying to extort money out of me. They placed a lien on the vehicle and put the title in their name. I've offered to give them $1,500 but that wasn't enough free money for them, apparently.
