I called each one listed that I seen, this guy was amazing, answered all my questions didn't judge me when I told him what the stains were instead told me what he would be using on them. Only thing he asked of me was to vacuum before he arrived in which I did. Today the carpets look and feel amazing, Sorry for the Christmas tree in my bedroom hehe didn't feel like tearing it down. I realized what had happened when I cut my foot open on a shard of glass and couldn't figure out where it and the small rocks that were in it came from only to realize my vase was missing. I contacted the company email but never got a reply at all. They did a good job cleaning the ducts mostly, except they didn't take off the covers for my cold air returns, so missed some of it. The company integrity is low in my opinion. I will likely go elsewhere for my next one.
