I made an arrangement with the individual that runs the Wildroses Facebook page to purchase some landscaping material via an ad on Facebook marketplace. I arrived at the agreed upon location, only to find the ad had been deleted, no material was present and the owner of the home falsely claim I had been given the wrong address. I know I had the right address as the front of the house was visible in the ad photo and the kids toys scattered on the sidewalk matched position exactly. This person did not have the decency to tell me they had found another buyer and saved me the trouble of driving all the way across town and back when they had no intention of living up to their word. Be very cautious if you choose to do business with the person that runs this company. In my experience, they have no problem not living up to their word. read more

Probably the most unprofessional group of people. Let's be clear... i paid upfront... for almost half of the agreed to work to "get a deal". Didn't do what they said they were going to do. Came back and took back sod that was laid and already paid for. "Joe" claims I didn't pay for them but still they had nothing to do with their removal. I have video surveillance of it being removed in the middle of the night, but they claim it's not them. When the sod was being laid one of the workers asked if he could keep a hosta that they dug up and i said sure... in the video, you can see a person walking on my lawn with the same hosta, removing the sod and replacing it with the same said hosta. Apparently I am, and all you smart intelligent people out there are to believe some random person came to my house and took 3 pieces of sod and replaced it with a hosta. So recap. -Their crew removed a hosta and asked to keep it -my sod is removed and replaced with the same hosta -Joe in a text stating its not him and that he hopes I catch the bast**ds that did. Broke my backyard sump pump and refuse to fix it citing, " it was my responsibility to tell them"... that a very large, clearly visible pipe is sticking out of the ground and wanted me to tell them, "hey don't run over that large visible pipe,k?". None of the edging around the grass or my fence was done. They were supposed to trim branches and they hacked my tree. They were either supposed to take the branches and brush with them or cut down to a manageable size so I could bind them, but they didn't. They left them as is on my driveway and said their truck was full but would be back tmrw. 5 days later... still there. A neighborhood kid that charges $30 would have done a better job in less time. They cancelled and rescheduled 5 times in less than two weeks and gave me every excuse... however told me they don't work mornings because he likes to drink and sleep in. First he said he was in a car accident; then his entire crew was in contact with confirmed COVID cases.. which is ridiculous considering he was at my house around a lot of people including my neighbour less than a week prior and didn't even mention that we should be concerned or be tested or quarantined. Kind of against the law... and Middlesex health unit would have asked for every customer phone number that he was in contact with to contact us... but that didn't happen. So...? After the sum pump negligence, the terrible mow job, the constant cancelling, the hack job on my tree and the brush and branches left on my driveway for days, I decided to end the nightmare business relationship and say politely, "thanks but no thanks, I'll keep your number"... Then he acted like a scorned ex-wife and stole my sod.... okay Betty Broderick. Literally... do not hire them. They don't have a business address or insurance. Probably the worst landscaper in the city. Hire a high- school kid on your block, they'd do a way better job for less the headache and SAVE you money instead of fixing their negligence.
