We did not call to confirm because we were obviously shopping around...but they called us back to yell at us that now they want to charge us OVER $50 dollars restocking fees. REALLY?? 57 dollars?? Crooks. We let them charge us anyway because they, THE BUSINESS, was yelling at us over phone. I'm not about that inconvenience. They probably need that money a lot more than us apparently. No customer deserves that. AND, even w the greedy charge, it was still cheaper to go with a different rental business WHO ARE MUCH NICER AND POLITE. She has said that customers in the past have been upset in the past and now I can see why. Thieves. DON'T RENT FROM CROOKS AND DESPERATE BUSINESSES!
