I'd like to share a terrible experience we had with this company weeks ago we schedule to have a…read morebounce house delivered at 11 AM today for three-year-old's birthday party we figured that was sufficient time because the party didn't start until 1 PM we started calling around 11 AM and didn't receive any word back from the company finally at almost 12 PM they text us back they don't even give us the courtesy of a phone call they text us to tell us that we are not gonna be able to get the bounce house today with some petty excuse, Then continue to text us with excuses saying that him texting us at 11:50 something is sufficient notice that's an hour and 10 minutes before the three-year-old's birthday party starting thank God we got a hold of a bounce house rental company it costed us an extra hundred bucks but they were able to go into the office and bring us a bounce house with only 30 minutes notice I hope everybody takes the highroad and avoids this company by all means necessary if ABC town sells didn't respond to us my three-year-old's birthday party would've been ruined because there would've been a bunch of kids sitting around in the backyard twiddling Their thumbs with nothing to do today..
