Just posting to share my experience, since there aren't many reviews . My manicure and pedicure was not done well. I felt like they rushed because I didn't want gel & more customers kept coming in. I did ask for my nails to be fixed (some of my nails on my feet were literally half painted) but there was no hope. Two stars because I think my nails were shaped well, but I'm disappointed with the overall manicure/pedicure. read more

I let a man named John do my nails, NEVER AGAIN, he files and drills the nails too much to the point he is cutting clients. His work is priceless but painful. He cut my finger one time during a manicure and put glue on it, I didn't think much of it but come time to take the acrylic nail off ITS STUCK TO MY CUTICLE. Do not recommend this man John at all! read more

My husband and I were out doing a little shopping, decided to treat ourselves to a mani and pedi. This nail shop is in a good location. They had plenty of staff on hand. We walked right In and was serviced. They were nice and friendly. I feel that they're a bit overpriced and outdated, but overall it was and okay experience! read more

You guys , this place is horrible i actually went in with a open mind a lady started my nails she was super nice and i wanted just a color dip nail. As she was doing my nails i started to look at them and i was very confused because they were so bumpy and lumpy and she didn't clean it up at the end my nails were horrible and i hated them i asked her to fix them but she proceeds to put the finishing top coat. The guy in the shop saw me unhappy so he tried to fix my horrible nails but it was nothing he could do , i literally have 5 layers of sns dip on my nails. Several cuts and just all around horrible nails all for $40 read more

I requested to get the coffin shaped nails and they didn't tell me it was an extra 5 bucks to shape nails until it was time to pay. There is no price listed for nail shaping, and I felt like they were finding a reason to charge more money. When they finish your nails you dry your hands by a cold fan there is no sitting area to properly dry your nails under a nail lamp. I had to request for someone else to paint my nails after a women did a rush job. While I was getting my nails painted a women came back after 3 days because her gel polish was peeling (they charge an additional 20 bucks for gel) -After many chances I will NOT return and I do not recommend. read more

Horrible customer service. When you walk into their salon, they will not greet you. I received a pedicure from this nail salon. During the pedicure, I realized the pedicurist was not doing a great job at removing all of the dead skin. I asked him to remove a bit more after he'd finish. He half did the job, I guess because I made a correction. Furthermore, once I was ready to leave out, I noticed the heels of my feet were extremely hard and dry! After asking someone to correct it, everyone looked at me like I was wrong for asking about something I'd paid for. Soon after, the pedicurist began to yell, "That's all I can do for you! If you don't like it, then you don't like it!" I clearly didn't expect him to redo the pedicure, but I at least thought he would do something to correct and cater to those dry, hardened, flaky areas. After all, the point of getting a pedicure is to ensure a smooth texture on your feet. In conclusion, I am never going back to this salon. The owner of the salon was there this entire time and did absolutely nothing. Do yourself a favor, and spend your monies else where. read more

I'm from out of town on business. I needed my nails done, so I pop into this decent looking place that had no negative reviews. Very small selection of shallac, which was disappointing. Asked for a mani and pedi. The entire experience was just bizarre. There was no music, no tv, no conversation. Just SILENCE. He hurt my cuticles. Cut my thumb.. Annoying, but I don't complain. To remove previous shallac, he did not soak them. Instead he used the spinning filing machine-thing over and over again until it all peeled away. (Which also filed away the thickness of my nail). After all was done, I asked how much. $60. Ok, Fine. Even tho they didn't do enough coats, cut me, and they really didn't look good- I handed my credit card. "Oh, machine not working ma'am. Been broken since morning." Hm. Isn't that something you tell customers from the beginning? I had no other form of payment. I was now annoyed and need to go back to work. They asked if I could go get some cash... FINE. I'll be right back... Apparently they didn't trust me (although I am dressed very professionally and was very nice the entire time and assured them I'd return). The Nail lady then goes to get in my front seat and come with me to the bank?! For real. I said no. I work from my car so my front seat is not available... So she hops on into my backseat!!!!! We ride to the bank. She still charges me full price, although I explain that this has been an extreme inconvenience. I'm mad at myself that I paid full price, wasted lots of time, and now need to have my nails redone bc they look like crap. That is all. And good night. read more
