The day of the wedding, everything was great, he even took extra footage so that I would have a nice video. He told me that day that I would have the video within 1 week. A week came and went, and no video. I finally decided to reach out to him towards the end of September, and received no response. I called and left a message, and my husband called and left a message, and still no response. The first time I heard from him since the wedding was on December 7 stating that my emails were lost in his spam folder, and I should be receiving my video within the week.... still, no video was sent out. I emailed again the week of Christmas asking if I may have missed it... no response was returned until January 11, where again, he is stating that my video will be going out next week and confirmed my address at that time. Here we are, February 14, and I have emailed several times since then, have reached out to the venue for their help in getting my wedding video, and he seems to not be answering them, either. I am completely out of options. I've gotten maybe 4 emails from him (and that's being generous, since at least 2 of them were on the same day where he was confirming my address to send the video to.) At this point, I'd recommend to stay away from them!

She is also willing to do anything to capture the perfect shot. It rained my whole wedding day and she was out there in the rain the whole day shooting with a smile on her face. She takes the time to get to know you so that she can get the shots she knows you'll like. After she takes the shots she blogs about your wedding and provides a few shots and a slide show. Everything is retouched so all of the proofs are perfect and they are hosted on a website called pictage for a year for your friends and family to order from. She also creates an amazing artistic album from the images you choose. We have a ton of our wedding pictures throughout our house and even a 20x30. It is the most amazing art that we have in our house and we can cherish it forever. She captured the day so perfectly we don't even watch our videographers DVD's we just look at our album to remember the day. Her photography is not just for weddings. Alison was professional and polite all throughout the planning process for our engagement photos (which came out so well they were featured in The Knot magazine's Fall/Winter 2016 edition), and for our wedding night. In person, Alison has a fun, informal style so our photos weren't forced or posed, and she caught our candid moments with each other and with our friends and family. In addition to being fun and easy to work with, she and Geoff both put in a lot of hard work that my wife and I greatly appreciated. On the day of our engagement photos, when we were already shooting just after sunrise, Alison had driven nearly an hour to get to us and arrived over an hour early! She wanted to make sure she didn't get caught in traffic and miss the time, and was ready right away. As a result, we had the perfect lighting with early morning sun and our pictures came out great. And on the night of the wedding, Geoff and Alison were constantly on the move getting great pictures of our guests enjoying themselves. We were pleasantly surprised on our honeymoon, less than a week after the wedding, that they had already uploaded all the pictures and they looked amazing!
