Here's a fun place to take your kids to. It's located inside the outlets at the Sands Casino. They even have a program where you can drop your kids off yo play for 2 hours. It's clean and has so many things to do. A jungle gym, arcade games, air hockey, claw game machines, skee ball and much more. We chose the package that has a $30 game card w/entree and drink. We got 4 of those and it was plenty. I must say the pizza could be better (tasted like pizza from a box that was reheated) and the soda was flat. Also, I think it's a bit pricey. By far, one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had. The director of the facility, Jenny, was outright rude for the duration of our entire time at KidsQuest. Not only did she attempt to bar some of our parents from accessing the area reserved for the private party, but was also is completely rude in her manners and condescending in all of her interactions with the adults that were present. She failed to include that the payee of the party needed to bring in proof of employment to receive her discount for working in the overall facility and made her go to her store to request that her manager print a recnt paystub to prove that she was employed. As we were awaiting the payee to return to complete the payment transaction and bid her guests farewell, Jenny, the director of the facility, proceed to tell us that we needed to vacate the premise and threaten to call security to have us escorted out as we were waiting to check out for our party in front. The actual staff member, Whitney, that was handling our party did an absolutely phenomenal job, however, her stellar service in no way was able to shadow the egregious behavior and attitude shown to us by the managing staff. I would not in any way shape or form recommend that anyone use this facility for a private children's party after this experience. I am highly disappointed that this was my first encounter and it will absolutely be my last. read more

Dropped off my two kids there twice for two hours each time. (Age 5 & 3)they had fun, no complaints. The service was quick and smooth, fill out the forms online before go there for sure. read more

This is Awesome!! I was able to spend time and play some games with my kids. I was also able to drop off my kids while I grab some lunch with my wife. My kids loved the staff and activities that was provided. We will definitely be back!!! read more

Large arcade area with good variety of games. Win tickets to exchange for prizes. Lots of fun but lots of $$$. $25 lasts maybe 15 minutes $50 lasted less than 30. There's a nice toy and games shop in the mall that's great to stop by. read more

Just had My Nieces 3rd birthday here on Sunday February 11th and what a mess! Kids had fun playing, then the employee's made us all feel unwelcomed and rushed. Kids gift and ice cream were not given or forgotten in employees explanation. Asked to speak to a manager she lied and said she was the manager until the real one came over. Their explanation and apology were piss poor and knocked 5%off of total whivh was a smack in the face. We oaid for the highest party package and didnt get what we paid for. We've taken our kids here several times, and each time they stay nearly 7 hours each time. They never have any complaints on their free time to play, and always ask to come back. We usually leave them there with the ability to order what they want, they like to fee like adults where they have the cafe to themselves. My only gripe (hence the minus 1star) is that the food offerings are worse than what could be found at a 7-11. I get it, kids like to have fun, but my kids actually LIKE fruits, and i would rather they get fruit than oreos, hot pockets and icee's. I need a deduction button for stars. Let me start by saying, before social media, a customer who was dissatisfied with a business could only reach about 100 people. With Google reviews and social media, a dissatisfied customer can now reach over 10k within hours. Kidsquest really shouldve considered what to say to me before calling back, but instead decided to offer me a buy one hour, get one free and NO sincere apology. My friend and I took our sons last night to Kidsquest. At 1102 I received a call that kidsquest was closed. I had misunderstood the time. Upon arriving, I see my son with a bag of ice wrapped in paper towels on his face. I asked what happened, and was something the other child (friends son) had bit him. The worker proceeded to finish up an incident report and hand it to me. I felt very rushed by the workers so I didn't get a good look. I picked up my son up in my arms, and he rested his face on my shoulder. Once home, I carried him to his bed, and he fell asleep. I never thought the injury would have been so extensive. Once he awoke, I was shocked at the site of the bite on his face. The mark is the size of half a dollar bill. BRUISED, TEETH IMPRINTS! I reread the incident report to reflect on it and it was marked swollen and bruised. How long did it take to be addressed ? I get the director on the first call. She calls me back after "viewing the tape". She proceeds to tell me that the worker was playing with the other child and she walked away to pick up toys. My son went to the other child and they began rolling around on the floor fighting. That is when the bite happened. If your worker wasn't rushing to leave her job, she could have been more attentive of the ONLY two children there. You don't allow two children to wrestle on the ground, because you "believed" they were playing. If the Director could see on the tape it was a fight, why couldnt the worker if she was standing right there? Did it appear they were playing when my son was screaming for help? My son goes to daycare and he has NEVER EVER been bit for so long that it bruised his face nor left a bite impression the next day. My son will have a scar on his FACE forever! The Director seemly tried to justify Kidsquest responsibilty level by stating it was "after closing". I was 6 minutes late. Being late to get your child does NOT relieve the responsibility of the caregiver. Kidsquest- I paid 139.00 - 4 hours/2 kids. My son paid with his face. Marks like that will scar. Next time a child is there after closing, throw them outside your doors. Truthfully, any child is safer outside your doors. Parents- do not bring your children here if you LOVE them. Thats your child for life, and these workers could care less. Think of the odds- TWO children there, TWO worker on, and one child permanently injured. Weekends are packed- think WARZONE. They might not make it out with ONE worker to every TEN children. I will be posting pictures of my son's face on every outlet to spread awareness. Kidsquest- Keep your explaintation & blame shifting. My Family really loves this place. My kids ask to go all the time. We visit this place several times per month on a monthly basis. As a very cautious mother, this place actually gives me peace of mind when I drop my two kids off. When this place gets packed (not too often) and overrun with kids, I get a little worried because I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old. I simply instruct my 4 year old to stay with the 2 year old at all times. They play together. The teachers are amazing!! Kristina, (I don't know how the names of the rest so I will describe them) the girl that has glasses is short and red hair, the girl with long hair and glasses and has changed her hair color a couple times in the past few months. They are all great. Yes, has my kid been pushed over by another kid before? Yes! What do you expect from a play area with tons of kids in it. If the kids start getting a little tired, they will lay them down on the couch with a movie and let them take a nap. They have arts and crafts activities also. I'm really surprised this place doesn't have a higher rating on yelp!! Yes, they need healthier options on the menu for the kids but I believe I heard from them that they are making those changes soon! I can go on and on about this place. The teachers are great and are usually not too far from your child when they are playing but things may happen because the teacher can't be right next to every child at every moment. My son used to be in the baby room which was amazing as well! Much more individualized attention and tons of things to play with along with movies. I can't get enough of this place!! read more

Today my daughter was trampled by bigger kids. An older child brought her to me and told me that my daughter had been stepped on by multiple kids on her stomach, face and legs. When I asked how could that happen? I was told that each section has a designated person and she wasn't allowed to leave her section, because she was caring for another child. The manager who SAID she saw what happened, did nothing to try to help my daughter. The manager's response also included, that there were three parties going on so the associate could not possibly watch every kid. The person assigned to the designated area said she saw what happened but couldn't get to my daughter. So she watched it happen and didn't go to help this toddler? How does that make sense ? When I asked to see a video, I was told that's against policy. The manager nor the associate asked if my child was okay. No one offered ice or water. I was told not to watch my child because there were staff watching over them. Yet, she was trampled on by bigger kids. And instead of helping her or asking if she was alright. They just gave me excuses as to why they didn't help. read more
