When visiting family here in town I just really wanted to have a cigar and relax for a little bit. As soon as I walked in the door, I knew I loved this place. The manager Rick welcomed me right away. I went into the spacious humidor, and they had a great selection of all different brands of cigars. I picked out a couple sticks that I knew that I would like and decided to stay there and have one. The prices were very reasonable. I sat down on one of their several comfy leather chairs abd decided to enjoy my Arturo Fuente. The other guys in there were welcoming and eager to join me in conversation. Other than being in Lynchburg spending time with family this was one of the highlights of my trip. Great atmosphere and great conversation. When in town, I'll be back.

Those guys know their stuff. Unlike chain stores, they take pride in actual service and knowledge. Patient at answering questions and explaining things. I was seeking a specific color but the flower type itself did not matter. Everything I inquired about the saleswoman would cut me off mid sentence stating the price as if I could not afford what I was seeking. She shouted at me "100 roses? THATS LIKE 700 dollars !" And went back to what she was working on. At this point I'm upset but I really needed beautiful flowers and I know they are the shop. I ask to see a catalog she throws it on the counter. I picked out two arrangements and the woman at the counter "wasn't sure if she could get the flowers." I just say thank you and leave.. take your hard earned dollars elsewhere! The price didn't matter as I'm throwing a celebration to honor my mother. I'm actually glad her service was pitiful because I received 100 beautiful orange roses from an online vendor for $100!!!!
