The person on the phone was very helpful and accommodating. I requested a natural, woodsy arrangement in green and white. She asked if I liked curly willow (...do I like curly willow??!! Yes!), and when we concluded our business she said, "We'll make something very nice for you." Well let me just say, Leo Wood hit it out of the park! The pic doesn't do it justice. They did deliver them, but the arrangement looks about half as full as the picture on the website. Just wish people were honest and actually delivered what you wanted and paid for. Sad.
