There was no line when I went on a random week day, so I was helped very quickly. The only thing that I would make a comment on was that there was parking in the front of the building, but you would need to walk to the warehouse entrance on the right side to off-load and separate recyclables. I wish that there was a car off-loading zone, so you don't need to push a large plastic bin to your car and back for the weighing. Their rates for recycling was fair and up to county standard. I definitely would return again for my recycling needs!

They seem to have stopped that after other women complained to the owner's wife, but they still try to solicit you and verbally harass you. If you're a woman, DO NOT GO HERE ALONE! It is not safe. The employees also beg for tips too, and always ask for more. I wasn't aware that tipping culture reached recycling. It's insane since they're all mean and yell at customers and I'm pretty sure they're being sneaky since they won't let you see the total before they cash out. I've seen other people complain of being shorted that way too.
