The one thing that really stood out to me is that they were willing to make 5 trips to my home in the course of this: 1 for the initial quote;1 to sign the paperwork (as in, they let us think about it and came back when we were ready!); 1 to do a confirming measure (I really liked that they did that!); 1 to install the windows and doors; one to finish the job. When I first called to get a quote, they were professional and worked with my schedule to set up a time to come in and have a look. When the guy showed up to have a look, he asked a bunch of questions to make sure I would get exactly what I wanted. The same person then came back to take final measurements and a couple of months later, when my windows arrived (I had ordered them just before Christmas, so the delay was only due to the holidays) the same person installed them. The consistency is nice - no need to repeat anything and no fear of miscommunication. They were in and out in two days and the windows look amazing. They cleaned up locked up after they left each night and even left me a note to tell me what had been done during the day. I'd recommend these guys to anyone who asked.

York Exteriors' quote was thorough, thought of issues I hadn't considered, found savings I didn't realize were possible (i.e. some work that did not need doing) and entirely reasonable. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry and were able to start work in a very short time period. Communication throughout was thorough, professional and excellent. The price was very reasonable and the quality was 10/10. I'm also aware that they offer an excellent warranty and more than anything, are proud of their work and want to make sure the customer is happy - today and in 5 years. The work: replacement of front and back gutters/eavestroughs, removal and replacement of 40+ year old siding on a 2.5 story wall and to get it to match existing siding on an addition, repair of wall under the old siding, removal and replacement of two windows, gutter guard on the troughs, cutting back trees that were brushing on the roof and clean up. I happily recommend Aaron and York Exteriors and will look to them again if I have any other work I want to get done.

He and his team member did a great job, especially repairing the walkway. While they were working, he noticed that I was ripping out carpet from my basement due to a flood and he offered to quote me on remediation. The quote he gave me outlined every step and was far more reasonable than the $25 to $30 thousand that I received from other companies. And then he pointed out that the gutters on my house don't need to be replaced, with new brackets, sealing and cleaning they would be good as new! He completed that for me yesterday. The basement project will be next month. Elmer not only did the jobs I hired him for, he also cleaned up EVERYTHING! The bags of discarded carpeting that I had put out, and, after I had landscapers in to clear all the nuisance trees and weeds from my yard, he cleared up all the debris left behind! A lot of people see a woman with white hair and a cane and get dollar signs in their eyes. Elmer does not! And he goes the extra mile for his clients. I can't recommend him enough!
