After a basic wash through the tunnel, I spent over an hour at the self-service area with their vacuums and towels and especially the trash cans. I *filled* the trash can with soda bottles, food wrappers, straw wrappers and receipts and so much more trash. After all that garbage was disposed of, it was great to spend an unlimited time cleaning up crumbs and dirt, wiping away the road muck from door jambs and such. I ran the floor mats through the floor mat machine as well, which took a bit of effort because someone had lost one in there causing the machine to be jammed up. This car wash only has one vacuum per station and the hose isn't even long enough to get both sides (unlike other car washes that have two per station, one on each side). I begin to vacuum and the orange attachment on the end continued to fall off. So I then moved over to the next vacuum and that vacuum wasn't even working at all so I had to keep using the vacuum that the attachment kept falling off. About 60 seconds into vacuuming, ALL of the vacuums turned off. I went to try to find a staff member and nobody was available. After about 7 minutes, a very rude employee (who said his name is "Dewan", white guy, young, overweight with curly dark hair) comes out and I told him the vacuums turned off. He said "Yeah because we are closed." I said "What?! I literally just got my car washed and now I can't vacuum." He said "I don't know what to tell you, we close at 7." I said "Your website says you close at 8". He replied "No, we close at 7." He was actually laughing as he spoke to me. I said "What is so funny about the fact that I just paid $20 to get a full car wash and I'm only getting half the service?" He literally said "Well you shouldn't have come when we're closed." I said "I didn't come when you're closed. You washed my car didn't you? And by the way you said NOTHING when you approached me at the entrance about being closed or closing in the next few minutes knowing very well I wasn't going to be able to vacuum. Furthermore, your website says you close at 8!" I then asked him for the name of the manager and he laughed and walked away.

It is by far the most extraordinary customer service in today's world, this is what customer service used to be and still should be. They removed washed and cleaned and dried then put my floor mats back into place even my trunk liner, which are weather tech mats. They have all the necessary cleaning supplies on hand for you to use to clean the inside of your car, they even gave me a free air freshener which smells amazing and is not an overpowering smell.. All included with the cost of a car wash. I do hold a monthly membership which is an excellent value, I will continue to be a loyal customer as long as they keep up the excellent customer service. They said it is suppose to spin that hard and it was my fault if it wore it off because I should have taken better care of my car and older cars just do that.
