I am on vacation, driving around the gool 'ol US of A. I needed to do laundry on my New England adventure and stopped by this place. Fully automated, clean, and lots of parking. Laundromats aren't cheap these days, so let's just say it is pretty much in the wheelhouse in terms of cost. It is crazy expensive. The largest machine is $14, the large machine is $9 and the slightly smaller machine is $8. The dryers are.50 for the first 5 minutes and then each .25 after that gets you 2 more minutes. Several dryers don't stay closed unless they are running, stay away from them, they don't dry well or get very warm. The other dryers dry ok, but still take a lot of coin to get your stuff completely dry. We are just passing through and needed to do laundry, but if we come here again I will not use this laundry mat. Also the floors are very dirty and I made sure not to drop anything on them. They need to clean their floors, get better dryers and post the cost on their website. read more

Terrible dry cleaning experience. My item returned with a stain made worse by the service. I was still made to pay full price for the service even though my item was trashed. The manager, Jo, was incredibly rude and disrespectful and asked if I wanted to "take her picture too" when I shared that I would be making honest public reviews of my experience. Then said, "I'm not even supposed to be here. I was supposed to be gone hours ago to pick up my kids" (note: it was pretty early in the day) when I remarked at her unprofessional behavior. I paid $14 for nothing but stress. I recommend bringing your dry cleaning elsewhere. They don't even do it onsite here. They ship it out and if there is a problem they will just offer you the phone number of the actual dry cleaner. Skip the hassle and go directly to an actual dry cleaner. About the laundromat itself, the place stinks like cigarettes because clients smoke right next to the front doors, which are propped open and there's not much parking available. read more

Haven't needed a laundromat in a long time so when I called to find out some information. I was pleased to find a kind voice on the other end who didn't think my questions were silly. It turns out I was talking to the Main Man himself. When I got to the laundromat, I was pleasantly surprised to see how many machines there were and how clean everything was. I think Joes is a spectacularly clean amazing wonderful laundromat. That said for the past 3 months when I've gone in there no one's wearing a mask and the cleaning woman isn't wearing a mask. I reported her twice she still not wearing a mask. I went in there last night and out she came with no mask. I had waited untill later in the evening so less people would be there and I thought cleaning would be done and I would avoid her, lucky me I hit the window right when it was time for her to clean. When I asked her please put on a mask she said "we go through this every time you need to calm down. I'm going to put my mask on". The point isn't putting your mask on when you get caught the point is you're working in a small public place. Whether there's anyone in there or not you're breathing in the small place where people are going to come into you're touching everything and breathing and covid-19 is in the air for a long time and on surfaces for a long time so someone comes in right after you covid waiting. And just for the record I am the farthest thing away from a hypochondriac or a germaphobe. I never even used hand sanitizer before 2020. What amounts of work in hospitals and biotech and I know how these things spread. Stay safe everyone. read more

Spectacularly clean with both washers and dryers in like new condition, running on all cylinders. Blessedly quiet and obviously far behind the local favorite "Spin" in patronage because it costs a few dollars more. The discerning should figure that one out. All machines take credit cards, but have your soap/stain remover trip together before you go, not hard as Walmart and Price Chopper are in the same shopping center. One of the best laundromats I've been to in my recent travels, if not the best. Deserves patronage. read more

This used to be the greatest laundromat around. I dropped off my dress shirts for wash and press and they always came back looking amazing! Now that the 2 ladies that managed the store are gone this place is a joke! Not only was the lady working not paying any attention to me (I walked in and she was on her phone back to the counter bent over with her butt hanging out) when she finally realized I was there she was so rude! No clue who she is, saw her there a few months ago and then again today. Middle age I would guess maybe even older. I took my stuff back with me and didnt even drop it off. What terrible customer service! I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy! read more

Absolutely the worst service and didn't get our dresses clean AND damaged one of the dresses. I brought in 2 bridesmaids dresses and 1 flower girl dress plus my husband's suit, tie, shirt, and shawl. ($88!!) It was an outdoor wedding, our hems were dirty plus my daughter's dress had food stains on it which I showed the employee everything when I brought our items in. One of the dresses had a PROFESSIONALLY hand stitched rhinestone belt attached to the dress. Nothing was "damaged" on our dresses, only dirty. When I showed the employee the dirt/food, I asked her if she need to mark the dresses with tape as any other dry cleaner does in the World. "We don't do that". When I picked our items up today, all 3 of our dresses had tags on them stating they could not get all the stains off. It was an outdoor wedding and it was dirt. I probably could have done a better job myself if we had handwashed the dresses. The hand stitched rhinestone belt was damaged beyond repair and will have to be replaced. The employee was very rude and would not even allow me to take a picture of my property. The manager came in and spoke with me and tried to guilt me into showing me their " costs" for the dry cleaning since they send them out. It pales in comparison how much we will have to spend to repair the dress. The kept me waiting for 20 minutes for the manager to come in, then after us going round and round she said she needed to speak with the owner. Who apparently was on site! I thought I was being completely reasonable to ask not to be charged for the dresses, which they all kept taking about their costs. Jon E. Suds has not only lost our business but also the business off all our family and friends. We live in a small Town and quality service and word of mouth go a long way. Think about those costs.
