DO NOT GO HERE!!! I dropped off a dress to be dry cleaned and attempted to pick it up to find out it was destroyed. The nasty owner claimed she could fix it. I asked for her to pay for the damaged dress. She threw money at my husband and I and told us all we want it is money. We met her in the middle and gave half of the money back and said we prefer the dress to be fixed and if you fix it we will give you the other half back. We went to pick it up today and she refused to give us the dress or the other half of the money. I repeat...DO NOT GO HERE! if I could give zero stars I would. I brought king size comforter set to Superior Cleaner for cleaning. I picked it up and shams were missing and comforter was a mess...I contacted Gina at the cleaner and she questioned me about the fact that the shams were missing and finally said bring comforter back in for redo. I did that. I picked up comforter last night, shams were in the package but when I got home the comforter had two tears in the top. I called and Gina refused to speak to me, hung up on me three times and now will not take my call. I wish she was just honest, accidents happen. Superior Cleaners is a small, family-owned dry cleaning business that came to my rescue during a lengthy business trip to upstate NY / New England. I was in the area for a few weeks on business, and needed to get some things dry cleaned before my niece's wedding. As per usual, I conveniently forgot until the last moment, but the lady at Superior was a huge help to me. This shop is located in a strip mall within the Clifton Park Center area. I brought in my dress shirts and slacks on a Thursday, and she promised to have them back to me the next morning so that I'd be able to take them with me to the rehearsal dinner and wedding. Whew! Everything was ready as promised, and the woman was very courteous and thankful for my business. I was ecstatic for the quick turnaround, and also that she was able to remove the grease stains from one of my dress shirts! I will definitely visit these folks again when I'm in Clifton Park. read more

My husband dropped off a white dress shirt to be cleaned and have a button replaced. When I went in to pick it up, they tried to give me a plaid LL Bean shirt. CLEARLY not my husband's shirt. I explained what the item was, and that it had needed a button replaced, THEN she remembered the shirt. She said they would look for it and call me. About 20 minutes later, I got the call that they found the shirt. When I went back to pick it up, not only did they charge me, there was little to no apology. It gets better... Husband goes to put on the shirt for work and guess what? NO button replaced and it hadn't even been cleaned. All they did was press it. Zero stars if I could. read more

I recently dropped off a jacket to have them replace the zipper slider. They did a nice job and were friendly and reasonably priced. Unfortunately I left my gloves in the pockets of my jacket when I dropped it off. When I got the jacket back, the gloves were gone. I called the next day and they were not able to find the gloves. After a bit of back and forth, although they did not find my gloves, they say that if I bought a new pair and brought them the receipt they would reimburse me. Amazing and Superior Quality dry cleaner!! I brought in a bridesmaids dress to be cleaned. The dress was a mess! Backyard wedding and rained during the ceremony. The dressed looked like my daughter spilled an entire bottle of wine down the front as well. Then the dress sat in a closet for a year and a half before I brought it to the cleaners. They did a great job handling/cleaning my blouse in a timely fashion. I stopped by on a Thursday afternoon, hoping to get my blouse cleaned in time for the weekend. terrible service when I returned to pick up my items. When I dropped off (2) items to be dry cleaned, I specifically pointed out the stains/marks on each item. I was ensured that the spots would removed as they have been in the past (deodorant). When I returned to pick up none of the spots were removed and I showed it to the older woman. She proceeded to pretend that she did not understand what I was saying and then proceeded to mumble that the deodorant stain was the fabric fading instead. Of course I showed her the same exact area on the dress and asked why it didn't fade there as well. No response. The second item I pointed out that the fabric was wrinkled. She said that area was tight so the fabric pulled. Once again the opposite area on the same dress was not pulled as well. If you screw up or cannot perform a service then you need to acknowledge it. Don't pretend you do not speak English. read more
