However, my recent experience forced me to reassess my opinion drastically. When I discovered a significantly better deal elsewhere that would save me nearly $4,000 a year, I requested to cancel my car insurance with Greg. Instead of handling the request professionally, Greg reacted with verbal hostility, accusing me of being shady and even advised that I find another company for my home insurance as well. Greg went so far as to make an inappropriate comparison, likening me to his ex-wife who had removed him from their policy without his knowledge during their divorce. This personal anecdote was not just irrelevant but highly unprofessional. Adding to my frustration, my soon to be ex-husband sold the car I purchased, and worked with Greg to swap out my car for a new one he bought. Despite my ex not living at my address and my having no knowledge or ownership of this car, Greg insisted this vehicle should remain on my policy and accused me of trying to be shady. It appears that Greg's personal biases and lack of factual understanding influenced his unprofessional behavior towards me. This has been an immensely frustrating and disappointing experience. I do not recommend Greg as an insurance agent. His unprofessional conduct and rudeness are unacceptable.
