Period. Don't. They will apologize if (and that is a big if) you catch them on phone, but then again won't respond. Lastly, they did not issue my refund or provide any communication on it, even after cancelling my policy. I have had to make 10+ calls, 10+ emails for a matter that should have been easy to address. Despite this, Mr. Blackwell called me instead, and even after I reiterated my preference for email communication, he has yet to respond to my email after eight days. As a result, I have decided to seek insurance services from different agents. Mr. Blackwell is not prioritizing the needs of policyholders, so I recommend looking for other agents to meet your insurance needs.
