We thought maybe since we like Gulfport so well, we should try to buy a house and have a permanent vacation home! Ok, so now it begins. We browsed areas and looked on the internet. We reached out to a few realtors and immediately get a reply from Carl Watson with Century 21 Busch Realty Group (a few other realtors did respond in the next few days, too little too late). Carl took our info and our general interest and very quickly had a few houses we could go see. Takes a little coordination to drive down and spend a few days looking but Carl worked with our schedule and budget without any hesitation. We met with Carl and found him to be the nicest person to work with. He showed us several houses with no pressure at any time. After a couple of days and a few house later, we decided an adjustment to the budget would be required to have what we wanted. Carl adjusted his game plan to match our new criteria and found us a new list of houses to look at. We had to go back to Kentucky and it was a few days before we could return. No worries, Carl was ready for us and seemed to drop everything to accommodate our schedule. He seemed to really understand how difficult it is trying to find house while living in a different state! After a lot of leg work, we found something we would like to have. Now Carl really got to work. While we were still at home, Carl processed all the paperwork for our offer and, step by step, carried us thru the entire purchase process. I can't begin to express how much we appreciated Carl. His personality is amazing! He remained so calm and provided answers to all questions in a very timely manner. We never had to wait to know what was going on as he kept us informed as the process trickled along. Up to and thru the closing date, Carl provided valuable information on everything related to our purchase. We asked about trash pickup, yardwork, contractors for various different needs and he had all the answers we wanted and, more importantly, the ones we needed! Carl made this work for us, no other way to put it. Carl's assistance and guidance made this possible nightmare into a wonderful dream come true!
