Although they work out of Lompoc, the owner Trung Ho was able to schedule me with an employee nearby in Goleta named Gabe Cortez. Gabe arrived to my home on time, I showed him the Siemens car charger I wanted installed, the location of the outlet to use, and he jumped to work. A project which I dreaded would be expensive cost me under $100 and only took him half an hour! Gabe went over how the charger works (even though it was not their product, yet he had plenty of past experience with them) and confirmed that my car charged without any issues. While this happened back in 2018, I realized I never wrote Net Construct Electric the well-deserved 5-star review. Today I reached out to Trung once again since I recently purchased a new Tesla that charges faster with a higher amp electric charger. I plan to write a review update after my second experience with them, however, I expect the same--if not better--customer service.
