I had many air conditioning companies come out when I found these folks, everyone else said I had to replace, these guys took the time to see that the system luckily still had parts available and got me up and running, they replaced all my ductwork and saved me a small fortune. I was adding a bathroom in my over 100yr old home and I couldn't even get a plumber to actually show up. CITY showed up fast and worked along side me to create the layout that made sense, moving my water heater, washer and dryer as well as adding a sink, toilet, and shower and let me tell you Victor and team did no disappoint on what was a tough job Now I had them come out and set my house up with a gas line and they again showed up and did great work. I asked if they could come out on Saturday to do the maintenance just this once and they said no. Another company replaced the start capacitor at the motor outside on the compressor. That helped but didn't solve the problem. As it turned out the electric motor was bad and it failed to start. The inside fan blew air but it wasn't cold. Long story nauseating after a very quick house call to diagnose the problem an electric motor was ordered and installed the next day. Fantastic service start to finish. They only charged me for the one service call. I thought that was very generous after all they made two trips. I can not recommend these guys more highly.
