Considering the age of my unit, and that I hadn't been happy with it for ages, I chose to have it replaced. The install wasn't easy, for this split system! They even discovered a few other issues while they did the install. These men worked all day in an attic that was well over 100F, with tight quarters and didn't stop until the job was done. Not once did they complain. At the end of the day I had a great new system, no surprise or hidden costs. One shouldn't have to brag about the concept of good quality work and good customer service, but with today's standards it deserves a brag.

Chris answered and gave me his personal cell phone and was at my house by 5. ONLY THIRTY MINUTES AFTER I CALLED. Remember, they close at 5. Chris was very polite and professional, and was at my house until 5:45 fixing my unit. He even left to get parts and came back. I know I must have been cutting into his supper time but he never complained even though I mentioned it. He didn't charge me an after hours call either. His fee was extremely reasonable.
