Chris was very polite and professional, and was at my house until 5:45 fixing my unit. He even left to get parts and came back. I know I must have been cutting into his supper time but he never complained even though I mentioned it. He didn't charge me an after hours call either. His fee was extremely reasonable. The air conditioning system failed. Another company had replaced a evaporator coil inside the house…read morea few months back but that wasn't the entire problem. Another company replaced the start capacitor at the motor outside on the compressor. That helped but didn't solve the problem. As it turned out the electric motor was bad and it failed to start. The inside fan blew air but it wasn't cold. Long story nauseating after a very quick house call to diagnose the problem an electric motor was ordered and installed the next day. Fantastic service start to finish. They only charged me for the one service call. I thought that was very generous after all they made two trips. I can not recommend these guys more highly. They are profession and efficient. Don't hesitate to call A & A Air Conditioning and Heating
