Well long story shortened, the amount that the tech charged us for both the visit and the service was literally a THIRD of what the previous company had charged us. The air conditioning system failed. Another company had replaced a evaporator coil inside the house…read morea few months back but that wasn't the entire problem. Another company replaced the start capacitor at the motor outside on the compressor. That helped but didn't solve the problem. As it turned out the electric motor was bad and it failed to start. The inside fan blew air but it wasn't cold. Long story nauseating after a very quick house call to diagnose the problem an electric motor was ordered and installed the next day. Fantastic service start to finish. They only charged me for the one service call. I thought that was very generous after all they made two trips. I can not recommend these guys more highly.
