This is the BEST Crossfit gym I have ever been a member of. I joined JonesN4 after being out of Crossfit for months so I was feeling overwhelmed at starting back up again, but I felt so welcomed and at ease when I went in to sign up. You will not find any other trainers who are as well educated in training, motivational, and friendly than the trainers at JonesN4. All the workouts are well explained but more importantly proper form and technique is thoroughly explained before every exercise. You will NOT be setup for failure! The amenities are excellent. You will find showers in the restroom which helped tremendously when I had a busy schedule. They also provide cubby's if you need a little storage space. Challenges are often offered on top of your current membership if you want that extra push towards your fitness goals. Seriously, it's an all around positive facility! read more

This is the most welcoming crossfit box you could hope to find. Equipment is well maintained and generally new, the programming is always excellent. Coaches are great at providing modifications if you need it and the atmosphere is so welcoming!! GREAT facilities. Seriously - it's so nice. The workouts were always changing, the staff were always willing to help, and I reached my goal with a great support group from everyone. Joining this gym definitely was a great experience. The staff will check in with you if you have not been in the gym after 3 days. They will keep you motivated. I don't even know where to begin. A couple of weeks ago I completed the 12 week challenge and with the help of the JonesN4 CF family I was able to achieve my goal. I was initially hesitant to try out the challenge or even the gym because I had dropped into multiple gyms around SA that just did not do it for me. From the very first day that I decided to visit the gym and get more information about the challenge I felt like they really wanted to help me toward my personal goals. I was at a point in my life where I felt as though I hit the lowest of my lows, I did not feel good about myself, emotionally, mentally, physically I was unhealthy, and I just wasn't the person that I used to be. I finally decided to join and participate in the challenge. Staying consistent with going to the gym wasn't the hard part the most difficult part was staying consistent with the nutritional aspect. The coaches were always very supportive and realistic, they allowed me to be honest without making me feel ashamed when I fell off and offered advice on how get back on the wagon. I loved going to the gym. Everyone is so supportive, I never felt intimidated and I was always being watched even when I did not think I was, the coaches are attentive and safety is a priority. I loved the atmosphere. I always had so much fun and most importantly my son Liam enjoyed being there and he's only a year and a half. I definitely recommend Jones N4 Crossfit, I would have continued my membership if I did not have to relocate out of state. I wish I would have known about this place when I first got stationed in SA. I can't thank them enough for their support and for helping me get through a time when I believed I hit my breaking point. I was very satisfied overall with my results from the challenge, physically I feel confident in myself, mentally, well words can't explain and that's why I cannot thank them enough. JonesN4Crossfit is the best, I am a 49 year old so getting started with this CrossFit thing was daunting. Shelby Jones and Kelley Castellano are very welcoming and make the process very easy. The things I like the most is that they made sure they knew what I was capable of doing before making me attempt anything to much for myself. They require that you attend 1-1 training before you join the WOD classes, which is the best thing for everyone because you get to find out all about CrossFit and your abilities, they ensure you know how to do everything properly to ensure a great safe workout. My trainer Nate Tennison was terrific, teaching me and challenging me to get the most out of my training. I have graduated training and started WOD classes and I love the CrossFit community, how supportive and encouraging they are.
