Long story short, Jones offroad wrote the book on customer service as far as I am concerned. Called in Friday at 5pm to get a set of wheels and tires on our way out of town. Not only did they have the best prices around, but they also waited on me to arrive to pick them up. They were not mounted, which was a slight problem for me. However, they informed me that they had a dealership where we were headed, and that if I was able to have the set there, first thing in the morning, they would get it done for me. So, we showed up to Jones offroad & Marine in Afton at 8 AM the next morning, they start putting the wheels & tires together. We ran into a major issue; the wheels were marked wrong on the box from the manufacture. Wille at Jones Offroad & Marine called the owner and let him know the big issue, without hesitation the OWNER sends a guy from Jones to Grand Lake with the right wheels, has them put together and then brings them to us at our campsite that is well over 30 minutes from the Grand Lake store. Not only did Jones Offroad save our trip, but they also earned a lifelong customer that will send them business for anything offroad or marine related. Dropped off our Polaris Ranger for repairs and normal service while it was there, they gave a 2 week estimate. Over 6 weeks later, there did perform normal service, but the issue was not repaired. And they charged 50 % more than their estimate. read more

Had quite an ordeal buying a Polaris Ranger at zero fault of the dealer but the art of great customer service hasn't been lost at this local business. Owner Steve Jones personally took excellent care of me and worked hard to find a solution that even effected his bottom line negatively in a big way. He went above and beyond to make everything fair. Most places today would have dismissed the frustrations and never admitted or agreed they understood my feelings but I highly recommend this business as they do care about their customers a great deal. After looking at and visiting a few other side by side dealers around OKC we drove out to Jones on a random day in July. After speaking to Mike he told us we could order a brand beer made to order Polaris for a $100 deposit!! We were warned they lead time could be months but we would get our side by side. We happily sat down with Mike and picked out our ride. After not hearing anything I called in October to check in and spoke to a super friendly guy that assured me our order was placed and they would could as soon as it was ready. He checked and Polaris had an estimated date of delivery. As our delivery date approached Mike reached out via phone & email to confirm we still wanted our Ranger. We were in touch A LOT when our Ranger was delivered and as Jones got it ready for pick up. Mike never seemed bothered by my husband's calls regarding aftermarket upgrades, trailer suggestions and arrangements for pick up. It was such a great experience from start to finish. Got more machine than I was looking for at the price I wanted, and the sale even included a an initial service. A big shoutout to Michael for not being the typical sales douche and treating me not only like a customer, but a real person. He even loaded it for me. This place does TERRIBLE business. Employees treat the customers like crap if you can get one to help you. I've went in three different times to buy and couldn't get anyone to help. We finally found someone and asked to be shown the machine we were looking at on the website. Kept being told it's in a box in the back & they'd show us one similar. They walked us over to a used piece of crap that look like it had been rolled several times. I am sorry but if I'm spending $20,000 plus you could show me the one I am wanting to buy & put it together if it's not. Also, most of the things on their website they have never seen or even ordered from the supplier yet. Made the mistake of trying to give them another chance but they made me feel like I was the biggest inconvenience & that they were put out to help me. I get they might be the only local dealer but I'll take my money elsewhere & drive further to get good customer service & not be made to feel like I'm inconveniencing someone for making them do their job. read more

Bought a new ranger. With in 8 months the battery had a bad cell. Said it was not under mfg warranty. So I asked if they would warranty it since it was only 8 months old. They said no they will not. I spent 22,000.00 dollars on this and they will not replace a battery? read more

Do not go here, crooks. I purchased several items from these guys. I asked for a simple letter of the approx, value (kelley blue book value), so I could cross the boarder into Canada (military now stationed there). They wanted to charge me there shop rate and several hours work to give me the value. We all know the shops will give you nothing for your trade in. I told them I already checked the KELLEY BLUE BOOK VALUE which is $8000. I would only pay taxes on anything over $10000. These guys are crooks. read more

Went in just to look today (per my husband) and left with EXACTLY what I wanted and more! We worked with a few people, directly with Rickey, Mike and Grant! They were all AMAZING! Rickey didn't pressure us to buy at all, but when I made it clear that I wanted to buy today, he helped to get us the best deal possible! (A bigger, better machine for less than the price of the one we were looking at!) Rickey was able to get our RZR for us today, even though they were going to close in an hour and it wasn't even assembled! Mike and Grant were great getting us financed and out the door super fast, with our financing below what we were hoping to spend! I was so impressed! Superb customer service, my husband worked for a dealership (albeit not in sales) and I get pressured to buy more from his dealership than I did here! So impressed!! The only other review on here has to be by an employee and or someone associated with Jones Offroad! They are great during the sale but try to get good service from them! I was told two weeks for my repair (replace choke cable) and it has now been over 3 months, still not done. Called today said they sent someone for the part and would put a tech on it as soon as he got back and would be done in the afternoon, called them back at 2 was told they pulled the guy off to put accessories on a ranger and could not guarantee that mine would be done today! Proof that all they care about is the sale, they apparently don't get "customer service". read more
